If you are looking for a home family practice please don’t hesitate to, THIS is the place to be. Mrs. Khadeja is very knowledgeable, provide so much information and helpful resources, she applies evidence based care and more beautifully she individualizes her care. I love the fact that she respects patient’s dignity, and care for their overall wellbeing. The front desk staff are also amazing, always available to answer my questions or concerns
I loved Khadeja!! She and Diane were so kind, calm, informative. I felt seen and very comfortable telling them my issues while they explained my treatment. I also loved the staff(front desk). They were also very sweet and felt like family. The ease of using ZocDoc helped with me filling out forms and giving my insurance so i disnt have to do much by the time i got there and wait time was about 10 minutes. I highly recommend her and the team :)
Truly a breath of fresh air. The whole team listens, asks questions and gives direction in a gentle way that's not overwhelming! Khadeja is very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back for my follow up!
The staff was attentive and caring. I called all around Frederick trying to find a primary care physician and their customer service was night and day compared to everyone else. The doctor was attentive made me feel heard and I left feeling like my health issues are going to be handled going forward.

I just moved to Frederick less than a month ago and I wanted to find a PCP pretty soon. Well, I found Dr. Khadeja's practice. Her practice came highly recommended and had over 100 5-star reviews on Google. Well I am pleased to say, the reviews were SPOT ON!!!
I had my first appointment with Dr. Baidoo today and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with her. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by administrative specialist Akwasi. He was very helpful and friendly. He was jovial and informative. He walked me through their process and appeared to be very passionate about his role. I also met another adminitrative assistant, Deborah and she was also very friendly. I felt very positively after that interaction. Akwasi truly set a great tone.
I had my vitals and initial medical intake taken by the medical assistant Dawn. She was very pleasant to engage with and very thorough as well. Although she was being trained/supervised by Dr. Baidoo, she did a great job. I enjoyed working with her. I was very comfortable reviewing my health history with her.
Dr. Baidoo was such a warm soul! She was great to work with and personable. You can tell she tries very hard to provide top tier medical support, is very knowledgable, thorough and reassuring but she also cares very much about establishing a great rapport and relationship with her patients. Despite this being my very first visit, I felt like I had been a patient of hers for years with how warm and naturally she engaged me. I honestly felt a familial vibe even between the staff. That is definitely my style of healthcare. I WILL be returning in the next few weeks after labwork and I actually look forward to it. I feel relieved by her demeanor and did not feel judged at all.
I must admit I was nervous and bummed to leave my last doctor in Howard County because she was so awesome and personable but I think I transitioned to a doctor that has provided me that same warm, authentic and welcoming vibe.
