I stumbled across Kim's services on Google while in search of a bridal gown alteration place. Upon engaging her, I could tell Kim is vastly experienced and knowledgeable about bridal gowns, as she designs and creates dresses from scratch. She took my thrifted dress under her care, and weeks later it was returned, fitted snugly, she was so considerate to add a hook for ease of zipping the dress. Below are the pictures for reference, the bust and straps were loose and falling off initially. I'm so happy I found her. Now I'm going to feel my best in the dress! Updated 20/02/26: I wore it for ROM and got so many compliments!!! The dress fits so well and snug and I feel gorgeous in it 🥰

I tried the 2-in-1 make up + hair makeover and gown trying session and it helped me visualize how it all comes together. The make up and hair makeover is like a trial session to help me see whether the style I like on others would work for me. While having the flexibility to tweak to feel more like me. And it pulled the look together while I try the gowns. There were multiple styles to choose from and I tried different necklines and silhouettes to find the best suited one. There was even flowers and veil to complete the look!

I had such a good experience with Kgowns and really want to give a shout-out to Kim. 🧡 Every bride will definitely have some anxieties — not knowing what to choose, wondering what will suit your body, or just not being sure how the whole process works. Kim was with me every step of the way. She was so patient and so encouraging, never once making me feel rushed or paiseh for asking questions. She helped me find a gown that truly fit me, and even tailored the details (down to the pattern!) so it felt bespoke and unique. I really appreciated how she kept me updated throughout, always assuring me of the timeline so I didn’t have to stress. On the actual day, I felt beautiful in the dress — and it was surprisingly easy to move around in too! The collection and return process was also seamless. Really appreciated how there was a great range of sizes and designs, how affordable the dresses were, and how Kim gave great advice throughout my appointment with her.
