Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience that ended before it even truly began. Even though we went there based on recommendations and met with them in person, their approach was far from professional, and in the following days, they not only failed to follow up, but even stopped answering phone calls. I'm glad that I did not sign any agreement with them. If you are considering getting professional legal help, this is definitely not a place I would recommend.

I bought a brand new SUV that started having transmission problems within the first three months. The dealership kept telling me it was normal, but after the fourth visit I knew something was really wrong. I found KG Legal Group and Oganes took my case right away. He was upfront about the whole process and never once made me feel like my case wasn't important. They got me a full buyback from the manufacturer. I still can't believe how smoothly it went.
