Mike has been a godsend for me and my wife. He manages a second home for us in the Keys, and has handled everything from allowing access to someone to handling a full-scale exterior renovation and painting. And his recommended contractor was way better than anyone I've been able to find. To put it succinctly, super reliable, super honest, great communication and very fairly priced. I have now had Michael managing my vacation home for over 4 years now. Michael has been made things so much easier and with his help, I have been able to successfully provide outstanding service to my vacation guests. I am not sure what I could do without his and Zosia's successful management of the house - carefully watching over all the details of my home including keeping the pool in excellent working condition, making sure the various services vendors are doing their job, making sure the house is kept in immaculate condition and they have even gone to the extent of meeting each and everyone of my guests upon their arrival to make sure they are enjoying a wonderful stay in the Keys. This year we had a major water leak from the washing machine hookup in our breezeway. Three days into the leak Mike picked it up on one of his regular inspections and fixed it. It was a leak that was NOT have been covered by the Aqueduct Authority's forgiveness program. As it was, it cost us several hundred dollars, but that would've been literally thousands without Mike.

Mike and Zosia do so much for me. I would not be able to keep my Islamorada house running without them. Whether it's just checking in and sending photos, letting in pest control or AC maintenance, or a worker to fix something they are there to watch my investment. They are very competitive with pricing and would highly recommend them to anyone with a second home or VRBO.

Mike does an excellent job. He gives us peace of mind when we are away from our Keys home. He gives us pictures of his visit to show us things in our home, i.e. refrigerator temps, circuit breakers, thermostats, overgrown foliage, etc. His wife cleans our house so we can just walk in after being away for awhile. I highly recommend him and his wife to handle the care of your home while away.

When we're gone from our property in the Keys it is SO reassuring to know that Mike is keeping a close eye on it. He is a paragon of responsibility, and the reports that he sends after each visit on site are fantastic -- not just complete, but with photos to document that everything is good. When Hurricane Ian passed by the Keys there was a significant surge at our bayside house, and we had no idea whether our ground floor had been flooded or not. Because of our relationship with Keyswatch we were able to find out that we escaped unscathed. The value of that peace of mind can't be overstated. Would give Mike six stars if I could.
