I approached Key Asbestos for a quote for work to be done on our house. Rob, their Operations Manager, was quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions about the work, and addressed any concerns. The price quoted for the work was reasonable as well. I wasn't able to proceed with work as my circumstances changed but I would be happy to go back to them for any future requirements.
I got quotes from four or five different asbestos removal companies in the area to remove an asbestos board from our garage. Key Asbestos Services was the most competitive and they were easy to deal with. Then came and did the work and left everything clean and tidy. I would use again without hesitation.
Rob and the team at Key Asbestos were very helpful in removing some asbestos tiles in our house. From survey to removal I couldn’t fault their service and they even managed to fit us in earlier than planned. Professional, friendly and highly recommended .

I was delighted with the speed that the survey was done on my property and the rapidity with which the details were emailed to me so that I could then go on and make arrangements to have the asbestos removed. I highly recommend Key Asbestos, they provided me with a very good service.
We used Key Asbestos Services to take some samples for asbestos testing from our newly purchased house in Walton-on-Thames. They were extremely accommodating, offering to go into the property on the day of purchase. On the day of the visit they were punctual, professional and safe. We received our test results not long after. They will be our go to for any future asbestos needs!
I was very impressed with the way this job went. Key Asbestos Services did the job soon after being commissioned and at a reasonable price. They removed the garage roof efficiently and left the site in a tidy condition.

These guys are great. I have used them for a number of properties I manage and have no complaints. Their turnaround time from survey to reporting back on Asbestos Management reporting has been super quick(5 hours) which is rather rare.
We needed to remove some asbestos containing floor tiles from a small industrial unit. I contacted Key Asbestos and spoke to Rob. Rob was friendly professional and taled me through the process and answered all of my questions. We needed to get other things done before the guys could remove the tiles. Rob was so helpful and flexible.
On the day of the job the team arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They had to remove some boxing in which was extra and quite a bit of extra work.
When they finish the work I asked how much extra it would be they said there was no extra cost.
I would highly recommend Key Asbestos and would not hesitate to use them again.
