We used Key Asbestos Services to take some samples for asbestos testing from our newly purchased house in Walton-on-Thames. They were extremely accommodating, offering to go into the property on the day of purchase. On the day of the visit they were punctual, professional and safe. We received our test results not long after. They will be our go to for any future asbestos needs!
I was very impressed with the way this job went. Key Asbestos Services did the job soon after being commissioned and at a reasonable price. They removed the garage roof efficiently and left the site in a tidy condition.

We needed to remove some asbestos containing floor tiles from a small industrial unit. I contacted Key Asbestos and spoke to Rob. Rob was friendly professional and taled me through the process and answered all of my questions. We needed to get other things done before the guys could remove the tiles. Rob was so helpful and flexible.
On the day of the job the team arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They had to remove some boxing in which was extra and quite a bit of extra work.
When they finish the work I asked how much extra it would be they said there was no extra cost.
I would highly recommend Key Asbestos and would not hesitate to use them again.

Sandy and the team worked very hard to get the job done with a difficult house with asbestos everywhere with a lot of removal work required. Sandy was very patient with getting the paperwork sorted with a somewhat pedantic council officer. Give them good coffee and they will be happy
