We just finished buying a home with the help of Kevin and Dante! The team was extremely helpful, insightful, and fast. Moving out for the first time on my own was honestly pretty scary but Kevin made the whole process way less overwhelming. I really had no idea at first especially the financing side. He broke eveyrthing down in a way that actually made sense and helped me understand firsttime buyer and low down options. Without making it feel overwhelming. He’s always responsive too and I always felt like i could ask questions.

I worked with Kevin on the listing side of a transaction where he represented the buyer. It was a difficult transaction to close due to financial health of the HOA. The initial lender we were using would not fund the deal. Kevin worked hard to find a lender that would do it and we were able to get the deal done.
