Mortgage approved for newly arrived UK residents I had a complicated case as I had been in the UK for just under a year, meaning that most UK lenders would not consider lending to me for my mortgage due to that fact alone. After going through 2 other insurance brokers, Daniel at Kerr and Watson was able to get my case in front of an actual person at a UK lender who was able to see that based on the mortgage amount and household income, the risk for the lender was very low. I was able to get an approved mortgage and complete my house purchase with Daniel's help and advice along the complicated process. Thanks very much to Daniel and the team!
