Our experience with the Kerby & Cristina Team was nothing short of amazing!! Our new home went on market on a Wednesday, we did 2 showings on Thursday, and were not even preapproved yet (We had just got home from vacation that Sunday and were not even "looking") We worked with Granite Bank, to get quickly preapproved, and by 5pm Thursday had an offer submitted. Val helped us write a clean, and strong offer. The sellers wanted to wait thru their open house on Sat. We got the call they wanted to work with us and by 4pm, Sat had a fully executed offer! We are working to get our home listed this week also using the KC Team and are so excited to be fully moved into our new home and moved on from our previous home of 15yrs. Valerie was easy to talk to, quick to help answer any questions, and so fun and easy to work with! All questions answered and all worries were gone because she was just so fantastic!!! :) Thanks Val and the KC Team for this awesome home, we cannot wait to watch our children live their 90's summer in our new home!!! ;P

From the moment my husband and I agreed we were going to be serious about buying a home I knew Joe was our realtor and indeed he was the best choice. From promptness, to listening to the details, to understanding what a client may not even know how to fully relay, his team, this experience was top tier. I’d assume most people find that one but truth is Joe found us a few options that could have been and even got me to consider some homes in an area I declined at first, because he knew the details we were looking for was there. He found the balance of it all very well for a first home purchase and he did it with Joy the entire time. Kaylee LaVine was amazing! We owned a home built originally in the 1930s which was remodeled and expanded several times, including a mother-in-law suite. This resulted in an unusual floor plan. We interviewed several realtors and Kaylee was the only one who saw the potential in the home. She worked with us to identify the upgrades to help us get to the price we wanted. Once we listed, we had an offer in less than 3 weeks and closed in less than 7 at our full asking price! It was a pleasure working with Kaylee and highly recommend her!
