I have been to many physical therapists over the years, with mixed results. Physiobox is an entirely different story - from the moment I had a consultation they were able to identify my problem. I specifically didn’t tell them which side of my body, in order to see if they were capable. With one look they knew immediately the problem, in one session they made adjustments and ‘fixed’ it. I was then given, free of charge, equipment to use over the next four weeks to strengthen the muscles in order to break the chronic issue. The team at Physiobox are excellent, if you’re looking for a solution, for someone who can actually help, here you have found it.

I’m very happy I found this clinic. I had chronic back pain for 8 months that really affected my quality of life. I tried three therapists, but no one was able to help. Giuseppe treated me over several sessions using dry needling, manual therapy, and exercises to do at home, and it made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend this clinic.

I couldn't recommend The Physio Clinic more. I had injured myself training for a marathon, so I booked a number of appointments with Matylda who was extremely thorough and friendly and has been a huge help in reducing the pain I was experiencing. The appointments I had were tailored exactly to my issues, using shockwave therapy, laser therapy and acupuncture so that I now feel confident for race day. Thank you so much Matylda!

I badly sprained my ankle last April and had given up hope on fixing it. However, with one last roll of the dice, I came to Giuseppe and subsequently Mitch. They have been fantastic from the outset. They take physio seriously. They are fantastic at diagnostic and then provide the toolkit and assistance to repair. 6 weeks later and my ankle feels stronger. They have given me a lot of confidence in the physio process. If you have had bad experiences with physio beforehand, please give these guys a go - they are the best in London.

Technically excellent team. They do so much more than normal physios. Mattia and Giuseppe are excellent. My surgeon recommended them to avoid surgery and they are really helping.

I cannot recommend Guiseppe highly enough; I came to him with a chronic shoulder injury. Previous physios had helped manage the pain but never fully addressed the problem. At Physio Box I received a clear diagnosis and fast, effective treatment with top of the range equipment. Guiseppe immediately put me at ease with his warm and confident manner; leaving me in no doubt that I was in excellent hands, and that he could truly get my shoulder back to full health.

Started coming to get physio here soon after moving to London from Sydney. I had some chronic back pain that I always struggled to get properly fixed back in Sydney, and I definitely found the right place to come to in London. I’ve been seeing both Giuseppe and Joan, and they’re both legends! At my first consultation Giuseppe was able to identify exactly where my pain was and what was likely causing it. The sessions I’ve had since have made a significant change and almost fully removed the pain I was having. It’s been SO much better than any physio I’ve ever been to prior. I only get it super infrequently now and am focusing on maintenance. I’m so so glad I found these guys and definitely recommend looking nowhere else! Thank you Giuseppe and Joan!

After my shoulder surgery, I began physiotherapy with Giuseppe and his team with the aim of working towards returning to the rugby pitch. The progress that we have achieved in the first couple months has exceeded every expectation. I feel that their clear guidance and hands-on techniques have helped to accelerate my recovery far beyond the typical timeline - with small wins such as better quality sleep being achieved after the first few sessions. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of care and I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing post-surgical rehabilitation and with the aim of returning to sport.

I had a great experience with Enrico. I pulled my back a few weeks before my Hyrox event, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me exercises tailored to my goals and training. Joan del Arco is a total GOAT! I've had a herniated disc for roughly 5 years now, seen 5 different physios and 4 separate doctors, all without any improvement. Then I saw Joan. It feels like he was the first one who actually wanted me to get better, instead of just to keep me coming back. He put together a solid training program with realistic timelines, even took me to a gym with him to make sure I'm doing everything properly during my regular workouts, alongside the program he'd given me. A year later, just had my scan done, and the herniation is now almost fully healed! On top of being the only person who managed to help me in half a decade, he is also an incredibly genuine, friendly person, who made each session something to look forward to every week. I can't recommend the dude enough, 10/10 for Joan!

Fantastic experience with Giuseppe for a speedy recovery and great support. I suffered an ankle ligament injury and after only two sessions I have improved very quickly and in 10 days I went from using crutches and an orthopaedic boot to be able to walk autonomously. Really recommended!

I have been struggling from a few cervical discs for a very long time and tried multiple physical therapy techniques. I visited Mr. Giuseppe and I have only done 2 sessions so far using laser therapy and I am already feeling much better. Definitely recommend trying!
