Help after herniated disc After suffering a herniated disc, I visited Physio Box, and after just one session I was able to stand upright and walk again. Within a week, the pain had almost completely gone, thanks to the treatment and exercises tailored to my specific needs. After the second session, I felt like my old self again. I highly recommend Physio Box to anyone struggling with severe back pain.

The Physio Box Clinic was referred to me by a family friend after struggling with increasingly worse sciatic pain for over 2 years and not receiving a proper diagnosis. Giuseppe wasn’t only able to diagnose me correctly on the first day but I saw great improvements after the very first session. For about 2-3 months I had regular dry needling and shock therapy with Giuseppe and mobility exercises with Sam as well as an exercise plan to improve the piriformis syndrome. Both very lovely and knowledgable. I continued the exercises on independently and am now completely pain free able work full time again, after having to quit my job due to the pain. I would highly recommend Giuseppe as the team has helped me to get my life back and live pain free again.

Excellent experience at The Physio Box! The speed of service was impressive. I was scanned (ultrasound) and started treatment straight away, with shockwave and ultrasound therapy in the same visit. No waiting around. Giuseppe was fantastic. His level of knowledge really stood out, and he explained everything clearly so I felt confident in the treatment plan. The concierge team also deserves a mention. They were super efficient, quick to respond, and made getting booked in completely hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, professional physio care. Five stars!

Couldn’t recommend The Physio Box enough! I’d been struggling with shoulder problems for a while and felt like I’d hit a dead end with my previous osteopath. After working with Giuseppe, and having an ultrasound with Mathias, three sessions later I feel as good as new - all while barely having to stop exercising. Amazing team!

After Hurting my back in the gym and not being able to stand up straight I googled somewhere to go quickly to get seen and i found physio box based on their reviews. Their online booking system was so quick and id seen others with similar injuries being helped so i went down and seen them and within the hour i could walk again. They gave me all the right treatments and now I’ve had 3 sessions there and my back is back to normal again. Very knowledgeable and professional physios, Can’t thank them enough as it’s very humbling popping something in your back 😂 thanks guys for treating me and now I always have somewhere to go if I need treatment.

Highly recommend Enrico, Joan, Matylda, & Mitch! I met with Enrico, Joan, Matylda & Mitch for piriformis syndrome, which began the day I flew to Europe from America. After 2 wks of barely being able to walk (shooting pain down the leg, tingling & numb toes, calf "on fire," buttock very painful), I arrived in London and met first with Enrico. He diagnosed my issue with patience, professionalism, & great expertise, explained his diagnosis & used massage & laser therapy for release & relief. He prescribed PT exercises. On visit #2 (of a 6-day time span due to my travel schedule) I saw Joan (also very knowledgeable & personable), who used dry needling plus massage & laser therapy and recommended exercises. For visit #3 I saw Matylda, who used massage & laser, gave me a few more exercises was also amazing in her expertise; she recommended certain vitamins to assist in healing. For visit #4 I saw Mitch, another superb team member, just as personable, experienced, capable, & highly skilled as the others, who also gave me strengthening exercises. I am SO impressed by all of these health care providers at PhysioBox!!! I highly recommend them all without reservation. I am very hopeful I can undertake my 9-day hike in a couple of weeks in Cornwall. Thank you, Team!

I have been to many physical therapists over the years, with mixed results. Physiobox is an entirely different story - from the moment I had a consultation they were able to identify my problem. I specifically didn’t tell them which side of my body, in order to see if they were capable. With one look they knew immediately the problem, in one session they made adjustments and ‘fixed’ it. I was then given, free of charge, equipment to use over the next four weeks to strengthen the muscles in order to break the chronic issue. The team at Physiobox are excellent, if you’re looking for a solution, for someone who can actually help, here you have found it.
