Right in the middle of Thanksgiving day Tim and Daniel got us out of a bind when no one else was even answering the phones. The job was complicated by aging door hardware, up five floors of stairs, and with other building security hassles. They came fully prepared and were able to replace and key lock cylinders on the spot. We hope you have as good an experience with them as we did.

We reached out to get a lock re-keyed and they were able to take care of it the next day. Prior to coming, they were clear and upfront about pricing, which we thought was reasonable. The locksmith arrived on time and was communicative. Definitely a better experience than we had with other local locksmiths.

They charged $165 for a stuck key recovery in a simple residential door lock. The key was not broken. It was a weekday, non-emergency call. It required 15 minutes of work. You decide whether that is a fair rate. Friendly, same-day service.

Most of the locksmiths company require dispatching service with an hour or more waiting for someone to call you back wasting my time. I reached to Kensington office they arrived 10 minutes after i called. . He did not try to solicit other services he was efficient and resolved the issue in less than 20 minutes after arrival. This company SAVED me today!!! My lockbox was broken into today and I was leaving town tomorrow and needed to change my locks for security ASAP. They did the changing of the locks and got me new keys for HALF of what the other company I got quoted for did. They arrived almost immediately (whereas the other company was booked up and was going to charge me time and a half) and the provider, Tim, could not have been more patient and helpful in advising me on what to do and how to upgrade my locks/how to think about an electronic system and what to prepare for. This was JUST what I needed on a stressful day, thank you!! I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to sing their praises.
