Completely from my own experience, I highly recommend that you consider your next purchase through Kelly's Office Furniture.
There are plenty of retailers and services (let alone reviewers) that you cannot rely on. This makes it difficult to know if you've found a good business to deal with.
Kelly's, though, turned out to be one of the few truly excellent businesses that I have dealt with in recent times.
Especially with my particular and cautious ways, I found David and the team to be helpful, supportive, and proactive both during and after sales.
So, yes, please consider visiting and purchasing from Kelly's. It has existed since 1955, and for good reason, it seems. It is the type of business that the retail sector needs much more of.

Outstanding customer service and incredible communication! I was searching for a hard-to-find office chair, and Kelly’s Office Furniture managed to source it when no one else could. Aaron was fantastic to work with—professional, attentive, and always made me feel like a priority. They provided constant updates and went above and beyond to deliver my chair as quickly as possible. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially compared to other suppliers who couldn't fulfill the order. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an ergonomic office chair, then I would recommend a stop at Kelly’s Office furniture. There were hundreds of chairs - it’s his specialty - to choose from and we appreciated Dave’s customer service and expertise on the topic. He listened carefully to everything that I was interested in. In the end, we came away with a physio pro + chair, complete with headrest, lumbar support and a memory foam cushioned seat, an excellent balance of ergonomics and comfort. Thank you David & team for ordering and delivering my dining room chairs. Didnt think of an office chair place for dining room chairs, but thought I should put the idea out there. Hassle free sale, quality product and the delivery guys even suggested and took the packaging away. When you live in a top floor unit, that is gold. I will be back.

Avoid. I confirmed by email before ordering that the chair was in stock (they said they had 10 available). Despite this, it took 28 days to receive a single humanscale office chair.
It required around 10 emails, multiple phone calls, and constant follow-ups just to get the order moving. Each time they simply blamed the distributor.
In reality, they dropped the ball and i had to purchase another chair. On top of this their courier couldn’t access the chair and didn’t collect it for a week without them following it up.
Extremely poor communication, no ownership of the problem, and a very frustrating experience.

Your chair was in stock, explained at length the difficulty of freighting it to your address,we apologised for the delay. We offered to pay for your chair you purchased from office works,which you needed for a couple of days.Good luck with your new business venture.
Got a new home office chair from Kelly's late 2025. The staff were wonderful - it was great to be able to walk into the store and test all the different chairs that were available. Finally settled on something that worked for me, and they were able to arrange delivery when I needed it. When it's time to replace this chair, I will be back!
Aaron and the team at Kelly’s are amazing and provide excellent customer service.
Aaron spent the time to understand my ergonomic needs and helped me select a chair that has been perfect for my needs.
He also spent the time to teach me how to properly use the chair and avoid bad habits.
I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Really wish I could give them 10 stars!

Really friendly and knowledgeable salesman, we came in for an ergonomic chair and gave the highest end of our budget and the suggestion he made was under our budget, which says a lot! The chair suggested to us was perfect, would recommend this store!

I just bought the Herman Miller Aeron, size C from Kelly's. They are AMAZING! Aaron was super helpful in store and went above and beyond and the other team members we're super friendly. Timo was such great help with the selection of my studio table. I had been searching for over 5 years and arrived at the store still indecisive and worried. He was incredibly patient and offered helpful tips and showed me different types of materials wood etc..

Ordered new chairs but also needed repairs done under warranty on others and just wanted to let you know what a brilliant job your guys did.
The casters were changed over so quickly that I didn’t even notice it being done! They also showed me how to do these, so now I can do it myself. The new chairs were brought up and unwrapped for me.
They had the chair with a "dropped" arm re-screwed in no time and they took the broken chair down to the van and brought it back up to me so quickly. I swear they were in and out in about 30 minutes! Awesome job.
