If I could give 10 stars, I would. Kebab and Crust in Waterford isn’t just a takeaway joint — it’s a flavour temple, a culinary sanctuary, and a dream come true for anyone who worships perfectly grilled meat, crispy hot chips, and delicious sauces
let’s get to the real hero: the food. 💥
🔥 The kebabs? Absolute units. Packed, juicy, dripping with flavour, and wrapped like a gift from the gods. The garlic sauce? I’d fight a dragon for it.
🍟 Chips? Golden perfection. Crunchy outside, fluffy inside, seasoned like they hired a wizard to do it. I dont know how they do it, but something so simple has been turned into an absolute highlight!
🍟 I’ve had a lot of HSPs in my time, but the one from Kebab and Crust? Next level. Perfectly crispy chips, tender kebab meat, and that triple threat of garlic and other top tier sauces — all layered to perfection. Every bite was a flavour bomb. Hands down the most magical snack pack I’ve ever had..
📍 If you're anywhere near Waterford and you don’t swing by Kebab and Crust, you’re seriously missing out. This place doesn’t just serve food — it serves satisfaction, happiness, and serious flavour.

Fundamentally this is what you would expect from a traditional Kebab store, but not one that you would go back for having tried it for the first time.
The taste is there , although there were a few little tweaks that could be made to improve the end result.
Definitely need to find better quality tomatoes, as these tasted & appeared like they weren't ripe or ready to eat, and had been refrigerated at a very low temperature, this causing freezer burn.
The Tabouli was spot on, but you weren't putting nearly enough into those kebabs.
Its always great to see the chicken being freshly shaved, but due to only having one doner kebab rotisserie and the store being busy, they weren't able to get that char going, so you weren't getting that flavour bomb you otherwise would get .
Note: Not all the chicken was being shaved fresh here .
The Chips were meh, again with your typical chicken seasoning & nothing fancy . These were a mixed bag as they had chips sitting there left over from an earlier order, then threw fresh cooked chips on these, following pouring them all into our box.
This in turn meant the chips on top were luke warm, and the chips on the bottom were piping hot & crisp n fresh as you would expect .
These chips were over seasoned as a result, but like everywhere else, they were just your run of the mill.
Bought a kebab plate Thursday 1st may 2025. The meat was so dry and chewy was the worst kebab plate I’ve ever had.definitely won’t be buying from here again

To start, best kebab Ive ever eaten, PERIOD! The large mixed snack pack/HSP was so large it fed the other 4 members of my family, and the chips... Oh my days, the chips were Superb!! Crispy on the outside with a phenomenal seasoning, and steaming hot and soft on the inside, delectable!! 🔥👌.
The staff were unbelievably friendly and the service was efficient.

Absolutely amazing service. Have ordered a few times and it’s always delicious. Left me a note on my order as I forgot cheese. They added double for me. So good to see a food place who cares about there customers
