Our stay in crans retreat hotel was absolutely the best decision.The hotel perfectly captures that authentic mountain vibe , simple, cozy, and incredibly welcoming.The staff treats you like family, and the meals felt like home cooked which were incredibly delicious.It’s clean, quiet, and has a soul that felt luxurious.

Rooms are ok type. But service miserable. The manager is impolite and very rude. Always says we have no man power. Only two staffs for cooking service and cleaning.Food is like government hospital. Really a great pathetic experience!!!!!
