We are so grateful for Mike Corwin and Mike Verhoff for everything they did to help us get our mortgage through KC Mortgage Duo! From start to finish, they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions (no matter how small), and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about finding the best option for us—not just pushing a loan through. They were able to find us an even better rate, even after starting the initial Paperwork which required us to start over, and caused them even more work, but that showed us how much they really cared, They are truly upstanding! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable, and professional mortgage experts. Thanks to them, we’re now happily in our home!

Mike Corwin is definitely the family go to for all of our mortgage needs. He has helped us out time and time again. He truly treats us like family and really goes the distance to find the best options for you. He saved me so much money on my refinance after my divorce. As a single mom, I was worried about having to put money down for my refinance and he found a way for me to come out on top. So very grateful to Mike and KC Mortgage Duo. Would recommend to anyone 100x over!!

Mike and Mike go through great lengths to ensure their clients or prospective clients are taken care of through the whole home-buying process. They maintain the culture of extreme ownership - meaning that if the realtor, title, or lender are not operating in a way that is beneficial to their clients, they strive to fix it. We had no issues during our journey. Cannot recommend KC Mortgage Duo enough to those relocating to KC or just moving to a new neighborhood in the area.
