I had used KC once before --for a small job out in Willow Grove--for which they did an EXCELLENT job. We had water stains and 'general' dirt on our front porch indoor-outdoor carpet. Easy to schedule with and they confirmed mutliple times......helpful to have those reminders. I received a phone call when they were on their way (again: HELPFUL!) . The two guys who arrived were polite, well spoken, explained everything clearly and were very efficient about doing the actual cleaning. The porch looks much better and I think they might have actually gotten the water stains out.......They also told us what to expect and how to care for the space in the next 24 hours when it is drying. Another plus: no nasty residual smells. I like these guys and will use them again.

We needed our ducts cleaned, so we called MC Carpet for a quote. We had previously used them to clean our carpets, and were pleased with them. Kevin provided me with a quote of 12 ducts for $350 + $35 per duct over 12. I had 5% off from the carpet cleaning as well. I was happy with the quote and made an appt. Mike and Anthony came out and couldn't be nicer. Very pleasant. Kevin's quote left off some additional costs of air duct access cost and additional trunk line hookup, which brought up the cost a bit. At least Mike went over the entire cost prior to doing the work. We will use them for our ducts in our Philly condo.

In April, I needed my dryer vent cleaned. They noticed the poor condition. It hadn't been maintained. They pointed out the issues. They did a full replacement job of the duct work added a new external vent with cover and did it all for a very reasonable price. The work was excellent and the dryer has been working much more efficiently. I am handicapped so I really appreciate the extra attention I was given. I will definitely bring them back for additional work.

KC Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning all of the carpets in our house, including 7 area rugs and wall to wall carpeting in our basement. We received a text 60 minutes before they arrived and they were promptly on time. They were so quick and efficient and made sure to wear shoe booties and clean up when they were done. We had two dogs for the last 10 years and they were able to get rid of the dog odor in the carpets. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpet or upholstery cleaned!

I'd give KC 6 stars if I could! They arrived on time today, did above and beyond my expectations: besides cleaning my dryer vents and dryer, they repaired the vent hose to a condition better than it had been. Replaced missing lint trap screws, and my dryer is sparkling clean inside: actually SHINEY! both Mike and Mat were wonderful! They did the job beautifully, thoroughly and quicker that I anticipated. They were both courteous and polite, friendly, respectful of my property, and very informative regarding my service needs. I found KC's prices to be very reasonable and affordable, compared to other like businesses. I will use them again, no question. Great job guys! Thank you for your excellent work!
