Amazing!
Our trip to Uganda was amazing! Our guide, Hamlet, showed us some of the most beautiful places in Uganda and taught us so much about the country, wildlife, nature and culture. We really appreciated his enthusiasm, kindness, great sense of humor, and the way he took such good care of us throughout the entire trip. Everything was perfectly organized, by Hamlet and the whole team at Kazinga Tours. Thank you so much!

Geweldige reis
Trip of a lifetime
My partner and I have just finished two separate back to back private tours with Kazinga Tours. The first was an 11-day tour of Rwanda with a slight incursion into Uganda. The tour was a wonderful mixture of experiencing the culture, history and people of Rwanda: the scenic beauty of the landscape, game excursions in Akagera NP, chimp tracking in Nyungwe Forest and gorilla trekking in Bwindi NP Uganda. Our guide Eddie did a fantastic job of showing us around Rwanda. Because national parks are situated on the extremities of Rwanda, we did a lot of travelling but this enabled us to see and experience a lot of Rwanda. Eddie did a great job driving and navigating us through the towns, villages and unpredictable traffic that helps makes Rwanda so fascinating. He was punctual, gave clear briefings on what each day entailed and made excellent suggestions on what to do and where to visit during periods of free time. We’re sure he used his smarts and contacts to ensure we had smooth transitions through border crossing in and out of Uganda and with securing a favourable gorilla trekking group allocation!! The Rwandan tour was hastily put together at the last moment following changing Australian government alerts in response to the Ebola pandemic that caused our planned trip in Uganda to be all but abandoned. Because of the gorilla permitting system we stuck with our original plan to visit Bwindi, Uganda for 2 nights in the knowledge that any Ebola issues in Uganda were centred in faraway Kampala. This late minute change highlighted a very important part of our Kazinga experience – the wonderful communication and email relationship we developed with Jerrad, our Kazinga Tour Consultant. From the outset, the planning and discussion of options for our tours with Jerrad was first class. He provided very prompt, accurate and concise responses to our queries. Nothing was too much trouble to be incorporated, where possible, and just as importantly, suggestions from us that weren’t practical where identified and alternatives suggested. The standard of the accommodation organised by Jerrad was exceptional. The result was a most memorable tour of this very interesting part of the world. Highlights for us included the organised gorilla and chimp trekking and Akagera game excursions as well as the non-organised visits to Red Rock Intercultural Exchange Centre in Musanze, Little Angels Orphanage and Primary School in Ruhija, Uganda, and tea plantation in Nyungwe. Also, a visit to the Murambi Genocide Memorial was an extraordinary experience but very emotional. From Rwanda we then travelled to Tanzania for a 10-day safari and beach extension at Zanzibar. Again, Jerrad’s suggestions and organisation made for an extremely enjoyable tour. The accommodation was again exceptional and the interactions with staff at these places was a highlight. Our guide Rajabu did a very good job navigating through the very rough and long roads through the Serengeti and associated parks. He did his best to find our desired targets for each day, and we were rewarded with views of wildebeest crossing the Mara River and various big cats throughout the parks. He was punctual, provided clear details of each day’s activities and took us to very interesting stop off points along our route. Highlights on this tour included a ballon ride over the Serengeti, the wildebeest migration, elephants in Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Masai village visit and our time in Zanzibar. In closing, Kazinga did an excellent job of handling our tour with great communication, guides, accommodation, and overall experience. We were so impressed that we are already looking at planning another tour with them next year.

Amazing trip, well organised, great guide
Thank you Kazinga team for such an amazing trip to Tanzania. We enjoyed it so much!! Everything was extremely well organised, good pace, very comfortable jeep and we had the best guide ever: very knowledgable and helpful. The Serengeti balloon safari was a real lifetime experience not to be missed. We all loved it! Next time we’ll book a trip to east Africa we will definitely book at Kazinga Tours. Thanks again 🙏
Beyond expectations
Dear Felex, We got back yesterday from our trip to Uganda, and we wanted to thank you for the amazing recommendation and the fascinating itinerary you put together for us. It was exciting, challenging, diverse, and truly one of a kind. The trip exceeded all of our expectations. We loved the breathtaking landscapes, every one of the lodges, the wonderful combination of nature and close encounters with wildlife and birds, and above all, the opportunity to meet and connect with the people of Uganda. It was an especially meaningful experience to share with our 13-year-old grandson, who rose to every challenge and exceeded all our expectations. And above everyone else, Moses made the trip truly special. His knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm made every day interesting, enjoyable, and unforgettable. 🙏 Idit, Ariel & Alon
Excellent vacation in Uganda!
Our journey to Uganda was an unforgettable vacation with exceptional experiences in the nature. The country has a lot to offer - from beautiful rain forests to savanna lands. We decided to book an individual tour from Entebbe to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls National Park, Kibale Forest, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Ishasha, Bwindi Impenetrable, Lake Bunyonyi, Lake Mburo National Park and back to Entebbe in 15 days overall. Our itinerary was well planned and organized by Klüger Reisen and Kazinga Tours with multiple boat tours, game drives, swamp walks, gorilla- and chimpanzee trekking - just to name a few. Even though the drive between the national parks is quite long in total, our guide Joe made us feel very comfortable in a 4x4 Toyota with pop-up. During our trips, Joe told us about his culture and we learned a lot about birds and many species of animals. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and an exceptional driver. Joe was always willing to give his very best to make us feel happy and safe throughout the journey. He was gentle and full of kindness and always took the extra mile for us when it comes to seeing animals during the game drives. All lodges were well-equipped with comfortable beds and mosquito nets and the wildlife experience (also during night) was incredible. We would like to express our gratitude for such a great vacation with Joe from Kazinga tours. Thanks to you, we will definitely spread the word and can totally recommend the tour operator without any reservation.
Best trip ever
We’ve went to Uganda with Kazinga tours (Jambo Safari). The trip was amazing. Eddie was our guide for the 12 days and helped us with everything. He knew a lot about the country, the animals, birds and was an amazing spotter. Felt really safe with Eddie in the car. The lodges were great, people were amazing and our trip couldn’t be any better. Would 10/10 recommend.
The Trio could not be better - thanks to Kazingatours and Muzafalu
Our Selfdrive trip to Uganda with lodges and camping was an unforgettable experience — and that was largely thanks to the excellent organization by Muzafalu from Kazinga Tours. From the very first contact until the end of the journey, we felt exceptionally well looked after. The planning was thoughtful, everything ran reliably, and our wishes were always met with friendliness and flexibility. His recommended changes for accommodations/ campsite were sooo good 👍 The Land Cruiser was the best car we could get - especially with the popup roof. We felt in very good hands at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend Muzafalu and Kazinga Tours.
Custom Uganda Tour with Kazinga Tours and Benjamin
Fantastic tour of Uganda thanks to Kazinga Tours. Benjamin was absolutely fabulous guide and driver. Highly recommend.
Perfekte Safari!
Danke!
3 nights: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls NP, Budongo Forest chimp trekking
The communication before our 3-nights-trip with 8 friends was very good. Everything was very well organised. Good and safe drivers picked us up from our place in time and drove us savely for many hours. Choosing a Jeep (instead of a van) was a good decision! The driverguides new all the good spots to see animals. I would have liked a little more details and information about the animals we saw. Thanks to the driverguides Tinka and Eddie. We will come back and chose Kazinga Tours!!!
"Queen 👑"
HEIDY MADE THE DIFFERENCE – an unforgettable Uganda experience I booked my Uganda trip directly with Kazinga Tours in Kampala – no middleman, no German travel agency – and it was one of the best decisions I made. The team adapted the tour entirely to my budget without cutting corners on quality. My guide was HEIDY Zikereta, and he truly made this trip exceptional. His local knowledge, connections, and communication skills opened doors that simply wouldn't have been open otherwise. The highlight was ***Gorilla Trekking*** in Bwindi. Thanks to Heidy's rapport with the rangers on site, I was assigned to the largest gorilla group – 20 individuals 🦍– with only two other travellers from Kabale joining spontaneously. That one moment alone was worth the entire journey. 🚨---Practical tip--: Take a porter. Don't let pride get in the way – the terrain is steep and you'll be supporting a local at the same time. I specifically wanted a female porter, and HEIDY made that happen without any fuss. 🌿 The safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park was equally impressive. We spotted the Big 4, including a leopard – thanks to Heidy's persistence and sharp eyes. What sets Uganda apart from other African safari destinations: at a lion sighting, there were 5 vehicles max., not 50. You feel like you have the wildlife to yourself. ---One more thing worth mentioning---: 🚗 the vehicle matters enormously in Africa, and Kazinga provides a Toyota Land Cruiser – the right tool for the job. After heavy rain caused a landslide near Bwindi, HEIDY used the Land Cruiser to pull out several vehicles that had gotten stuck. Skilled driver, calm under pressure, and genuinely helpful to everyone around him – not just his own guests. ➡️ One final note that may be relevant for some readers: I travelled as a solo female traveller. ♀️ At no point did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. HEIDY was professional, respectful and attentive throughout. If you're considering booking: contact KAZINGA directly. You'll be in the best hands.
PERFECT EXPERIENCIE IN THE MORNING AND IN THE AFTERNOON
Great experience
We've had an amazing time with Kazinga Tours, we really would like to mention our driver Eddie for showing us Uganda and driving us safely and smoothly from destination to destination.
Fantastic Uganda
We just returned from 7 incredible days in Uganda where Kazinga Tours facilitated an outstanding experience for us. Especially our fantastic guide, Hamlet, who was outstanding throughout the days as a tightly booked program made some rescheduling necesseary and Hamlet handled this extreamly professional and flexible giving us time to relax and enjoy the once in a lifetime experience of the Gorilla and Chimpanzee trackings.
Amazing experience
Kazinga Tours delivered an outstanding experience for us, made even more memorable by our incredible guide, Hamindu. From the very start, he was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel completely at ease. We were on a tight schedule, but Hamindu handled everything seamlessly — ensuring we arrived on time for every activity without ever making us feel rushed. His organization, professionalism, and calm approach meant we could simply relax and enjoy the adventure, confident that everything was taken care of.One of the absolute highlights was the rafting and quad biking — both of which we would definitely recommend to anyone booking with Kazinga Tours. Hamindu went above and beyond to make sure these experiences fit perfectly into our limited timeframe, always ready to cater to whatever we needed. His positive energy, local knowledge, and genuine care for our enjoyment truly elevated the entire trip. If you’re considering Kazinga Tours, having Hamindu as your guide will make all the difference.
Amazing Trip!
We spent an amazing eight days in Uganda on a trip organised by Kazinga Tours. A big thank you to Jerrad for accommodating our special requests and for customising our tour. He was professional, polite and always responded in a timely manner. Our driver, Benjamin was great, always taking care of our comfort and safety. We never went hungry on the longer drives because he always made sure we had some fruit in the vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure that we saw everything we wanted to see, including Uganda’s national bird, the crested crane. His knowledge of the area and of the local language came in very handy.
