The food at Kazan was good, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed rude and unprofessional, making remarks and exchanging eye gestures that made us feel unwelcome.
When we asked if we could be seated upstairs, we were told that a reservation was required. After I mentioned that I already had a reservation, they mumbled something among themselves before taking us upstairs. Throughout the meal, the staff appeared disinterested, and when we asked for recommendations, they offered little help or enthusiasm.
Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the poor service significantly affected our experience. We left disappointed and would not recommend visiting the restaurant.
