From first contact,to survey, quote and installation, I am very happy to recommend this company. The replacement for my 'up and over door' is a Hormann electric roller door. Free's up space and seals against dust and draughts compared to the old door. ☆☆☆☆☆

Great customer service and thoroughly professional. I sent them some photos of the issue with my garage door they came up with a solution and came out pretty quickly (faster than I thought they could which was great) and fitted it. Office staff and installation staff both first class and ever so helpful. First class service - would definitely use again.

⸻ I recently got a garage roller shutter installed, and honestly, I’m really happy with it. It feels solid and opens and closes super smoothly—way better than what I had before. It also makes the garage feel more secure and a bit warmer, which was a nice surprise. The installers were quick and knew what they were doing, and they walked me through everything before they left. Since getting it fitted, using the garage has just been so much easier, especially when it’s raining. Overall, really pleased with it and would definitely recommend Kay Garage Doors it if you’re thinking about upgrading your garage door.

I would recommend anyone looking for a new garage door to contact Kay Garage doors as they are 100% professional and their after sales brilliant. I got mine fitted in October last year and recently had a minor bump and could not open the door. I contacted Scott on the Monday night and he sent Billy out the following day and resolved the issue. The doors arrived much earlier than expected, on the agreed date of fitting the team arrived bang on time and proceeded to fit the doors in an excellent at timely manner. Brilliant experience with Kay Garage Doors from start to finish. Scott was great at explaining everything and getting everything arranged for me, and Dylan and Sevie who installed the door were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Went with a Hörmann Rollmatic T roller door (RAL 7015 slate grey) which is a great piece of kit. Roughly 5 weeks lead time to get the door from the supplier, and then Scott got in touch to arrange installation the next week. Great experience overall and happy with my purchase. Would gladly recommend Kay Garage Doors to anyone.
