Just had Charred Fork in Woodridge with a few friends. We ordered beef brisket, chicken salad bowl, beef brisket bowl, and rotisserie chicken. The main dishes come with three large sides - seasoned fries, fresh salad, and seasoned rice. Everything was excellent but the beef brisket stood out the most. Juicy, moist, and succulent meat that was delicious and full of flavor. All their seasonings are homemade and elevate the dishes another level. Thought it was pretty cool that their fountain drinks and desserts are all made in-house. Prices pretty reasonable and clean and well-kept space. They cater too. Spoke to the owner and he’s super nice and cares about the patrons and food quality. Definitely recommend this spot! 5/5 stars

Excellent meats served creatively and deliciously! Chicken char sandwich was fantastic with onions, the char sauce, and a great bun. Fantastic fries and rice. The paper signs about bussing your table plastered literally everywhere and the unstable benches and tables knock the ambience down but come for the food and friendly service!

The food here was absolutely amazing. Me and my friend both got the charred brisket sandwich, and masala fries, and I swear it’s the best brisket I have ever had! The meat was so juicy and so tender, and the fries were so yummy, I swear, even the Coke was good lol! To top it off, the owner is very nice and really cares about his customers. Definitely a must try!

Came in on whim late Saturday night and loved it. The brisket sandwich was hardy and delicious. The service was phenomenal. Lots of families eating and hanging out. We were able to taste a few delicious teas on cold night. We will return! Great find.

Came here with friends. I ordered the chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the brisket sandwich combo with fries and a drink. The sandwiches are large. I only ate half my chicken sandwich. The fries were very well seasoned. My husband enjoyed the brisket sandwich but enjoyed our friends stand alone brisket even more. My Mom had the chicken bowl which she really enjoyed. They were making the Mac and cheese but gave our friends a salad and rice with their meals. I loved that they did that and didn’t keep them waiting for just the Mac and cheese. The service was great and the food was delivered fast. Also, the owner/chef came out to check on us and we told him everything was great and we would be back. Great customer service and dining experience!!

My wife and I have been here a couple of times and loved both of them. Their brisket game is on point, especially as a halal restaurant! Their brisket pizza is also one of the best we ever had! Beyond the main dishes, the sides are awesome, especially the fragrant rice and well-seasoned fries. Highly recommend!

The rice with raisins is exceptional and is a great complimentary side to the brisket! I’m sold on the wings and pizza personally, and I will stick to those two as my favorite, brisket is not far behind, however I do recognize that it is not smoked but rather liquid smoke is used to enhance the Smokey flavor, it is still exceptional, it’s got a great blend of flavors and texture that is replicated well from a bbq! I personally was not a fan of the rotisserie chicken, a lot of people have recommended that to me but I think it must be an acquired taste, with it having western seasoning, one thing I will praise is that it is perfectly cooked, moist and falls of the bone!

So delicious! The service was amazing everyone was so friendly and kept checking in to make sure we were good. We ordered the brisket and the rotisserie, and both were incredibly flavorful and tender. Everything was cooked perfectly. Plus, it’s halal, which is a huge plus. Absolutely Delicious. We got the 1/2 chicken plate and the 1/2 brisket plate. It was hot, flavorful, tender and truly great. The chicken soup and the rice was SOO uniquely flavored, I loved the taste so much! Service was fast and friendly and we will definitely be back, highly recommend you give them a try, the high reviews are for a reason!
