Clean food and thoughtful vibes
I loved the cleanliness of the restaurant first and foremost. I feel as if the ingredients are clean, and I'm not eating cheap slop that cuts kitchen costs. Having sinks closer to the dining area and outside of washrooms helps tremendously with cleaning up, too. I usually skip washing my hands after eating because I don't want to occupy a washroom without really needing it.
Then, you have the food. The food is amazing and the taste tells me right away that thought and testing went into each menu item. The owner himself told me he is still experimenting with new dishes, which leaves me wanting to come back for more to see the progress. For those who like fountain beverages, none of the sodas seem dull and ordinary. All of them seem to be house flavors, and I would even wager they're not as bad for you as name brands.
All in all, it has to be my favorite barbecue place for clean feeling food and a low-key atmosphere. Definitely a must try for anyone in the area.
