Hi Jesse. Thank you, kindly. Minersville like many small U.S. towns had lovely main streets that were once the envy of the world. For whatever reasons such as macroeconomics many places across the country have had to build up again. We hope that Kat's place serving delicious, homemade food made with love can be another great business on main street for the residents of Minersville and the surrounding community to enjoy some great food, drinks, and vibes. Please spread the word and yes by all means try other items from our menu. You may find something you didn't even know you like until you try it. Our desserts are homemade as well. “Made with love” isn’t corny at all—Kat really does cook with heart, and it means a lot that you could taste it in the food. We’re also grateful you mentioned the allergy awareness—taking care of guests safely and confidently (guests need to let us know if they have an allergy) is a big priority for us and that includes gluten-free options whenever possible.

All of our recipes are truly authentic and rooted in tradition, even the modern twists we've created. And yes—our “cups” tend to surprise people with how generous they are, especially with that big portion of kielbasa! Thanks for noticing and mentioning it.

We’re so glad you enjoyed both the traditional and meat pierogi (fried onions always make it, and we also recommend crumbled bacon especially with the potato-cheese or meat pierogi 👌), and we’d love to have you back to explore more flavors including our own unique creations like the buffalo chicken.
