This kits are brilliant for baking with toddlers who get bored easily. I buy a few and always have them in the cupboard for rainy day entertainment and they honestly are delicious!! I think I’ve tried every eco pouch now!

First class service! The quality and attention to detail plus so much nicer than plastic toys and sweets in party bags! The cookies tasted divine and we will now be regular customers. I have used Katie, several times now for my children’s birthday parties over the years. The service has always been fantastic. Katie herself is such a lovely lady to communicate with. This year I had an idea for the front of the box that wasn’t on the drop down list and I ask Katie if she could accommodate which she very kindly did and she went one step further by sending me two options across too. I would recommend Katie’s boxes to everyone particularly for parents who don’t want to give the usual sweet comes and plastic tat (kids love it but parents don’t) this is perfect as it incentivises the children to want to go home and bake. And the only thing you will find between your sofa cushions is crumbs!

I made a relatively large order of the chocolate chip cookies to hand out to our employees as a Christmas gift – they went down a treat! The cookies were lovely, the whole process was quick and easy, as was delivery, and Katie was always on-hand and helpful. We were also able to choose our own label for the box and add a personal message. I would definitely recommend these for any party/corporate gift. Thanks Katie!

We ordered party bag biscuit mixes through Not on the High Street for my daughter's 6th birthday. Due to additional numbers attending the party I reached out to Katie's Bakes directly in the hope they would amend my order. They were more than accommodating, excellent to deal with and able to add the extra the mixes which were due to be shipped that day. The mixes are presented beautifully and a lovely touch is that a birthday card for my daughter was added to the package. We have baked our biscuits and they taste great we will definitely be purchasing from Katie's Bakes again in the fuure.

Amazing! I ordered 30 personalised birthday party cookie kits for my children's joint birthday party yesterday lunchtime and they have just been delivered at 9.30am. They look lovely and were well packaged with a birthday card for the children. I can't recommend Katie Bakes enough and I'm sure the children coming to the party will be pleased, as will their parents who won't have to deal with normal party bags! Thank you Katie!

Excellent presentation! Lovely cookies! These are a fantastic alternative to traditional party bags full of plastic. My daughter loved giving them out and everyone commented on how lovely they are. Moreover, DPD messed up completely the delivery and Katie went the extra mile to sort out the problem. She ended up sending a whole new order to ensure we had our order in time. Thank you so much for your excellent work, communication and problem-solving! 10/10 on the product itself and for their customer service!
