I received emails along the way to tell me the progress. My lower back problems are starting to disappear since using the chair. Very happy customer so far.

Finding the right office chair is difficult, but finding people who are passionate about what they sell is even harder. I visited Karo’s showroom at the factory and could test all the different models until I found the right one for me—the upholstered Vera. George has been with Karo for almost 20 years, and his knowledge and service were exceptional. The same excellent service continued from the switchboard through to the driver, who carried the chair into my office and set it up. Thank you to George and the whole Karo team.
