I've only had the product a few days, but so far, so great. Everything, from the quality of the chair, to the ordering process, to delivery, was amazing. I received emails along the way to tell me the progress. My lower back problems are starting to disappear since using the chair. Very happy customer so far.

Finding the right office chair is difficult, but finding people who are passionate about what they sell is even harder. I visited Karo’s showroom at the factory and could test all the different models until I found the right one for me—the upholstered Vera. George has been with Karo for almost 20 years, and his knowledge and service were exceptional. Great chairs at a decent price. Went through multiple Makro chairs in 5 years. I now decided to get quality based on reviews. Paid a bit more but my back is happy and so far both office and home chairs are holding up nicely! Worth it!
