Very friendly and polite service. I bought a stunning Astra about a week ago and am very impressed with its incredible condition mechanically and how extremely tidy the bodywork is. Purchased a car from Ian and the level of service provided was above and beyond. Prior to my long journey down to view the car, he sent lots of information on the car, videos of the different aspects (including some personal requests) and was open and honest about the faults the car had (all minor). On viewing the car Ian was again very patient and, as well as spending time showing me round the car and test driving, also left me on my own with the car to inspect, etc (with a cup of tea!). There was no pressure/heavy sales talk. The car itself is in great condition for its age and we are happy we purchased from Ian.
