I remembered Karl did a great job with my mother's home a while back, so he was the first person I thought to call when I got a new home and needed to get locks changed. He was extremely professional, while also being honest about the existing locks being a better and more secure brand than the ones I had available to change to, so he did a re-key instead. He was even kind enough to run to the store to get batteries for the keypad lock. He was also very thorough, making sure I understood how to program the keypad, letting me try myself, and letting me try the new key on each door as well as make sure the old keys no longer worked. He even updated the locks to all use the same key! Karl will always be our go-to for any sort of lock or key services.

Karl is a MASTER locksmith and provides excellent customer service. I had an old, locked safe with an unknown combination. Karl figured out the combination and unlocked it in less than one minute! Karl did an outstanding job repairing our front door lock. Other locksmiths told us it couldn't be fixed and insisted it needed replacement. Karl took the time to diagnose the problem, repaired the lock, and got it working perfectly. He saved us the high cost of replacement and clearly knows his craft. And he checked and then tweaked other door locks around my house out of courtesy! Skilled and highly recommended!!

I was gardening outside and I was unexpectedly locked out of our house when the sliding back door locked on its own. The front was locked and the front storm door as well. Oh no, I had no keys and no phone. Fortunately my husband came home for lunch and we called Karlock. Karl was there in no time and fixed the problem so quickly.
