Absolutely an amazing experience. They are tuned to your individual growth and don't just put you on a plan and wait for payment. They also explain why each workout is important. My wife and I both go and will always have great things to say!

I've been going to this gym for a long time, and I can't recommend it enough. The people here are really nice to work with, creating a friendly and supportive environment. The coaches are fantastic—they're really good at adapting their training to fit the needs of each person. This gym is awesome. Coaches are friendly and care about their clients. I'm a big fan of the group classes. If I miss too many days, my friends ask where I am-love the accountability. It's like a family on a fitness mission.

I LOVE this gym. I'm 55 yrs old and I have been going for 6 yrs. The coaches are super, and they know their stuff, and the other members are so supportive. We are a family. After my knee replacement surgery they all got me back on my feet and back in shape. Would never dream of going anywhere else.

Kansas Strength and Performance is the gym to go to with a small town feel. The coaches genuinely care about your individual needs and goals. The members that attend consider themselves as family and support each other with compassion and encouragement you dont get in your larger gym environments. The coaches are easily approachable and willing to listen to any concerns and will guide you to meet your personal needs. This gym is literally a hidden gem. Definitely give them a try! If you are willing to commit to being a better you and put in the time and effort there's no better place to go!
