Fantastic place to board your BEST friends. My dogs love it and the staff really engage with them.
My dog Connor loves Jet Set Pets. He enjoys going to play and loves to get a bath after playing. He is so excited to go to Jet Set Pets and comes home worn out.
I rescued my girl, Blueberry, two months ago and learned very quickly that I was out of my element when it came to dog training. Her age, combined with what her life was like before adoption — this wasn’t something I could do on my own. I turned to Reddit for trainer recommendations and Jet Set Pets was consistently mentioned. I reached out to Jason and in no time at all, had our in person consultation appointment. He discussed the program options and I chose the 4 week board and train program.

This was the best decision I could have ever made for myself and Blueberry. Jason, Chanin, Lilli, and the rest of the staff are absolutely incredible. From the very beginning consultation appointment, during training, and post pick up - they were (and still are) always around if I needed anything. The detailed weekly report cards and the group chat gave me comfort and reassurance. This team of people love animals deeply and it shows. I was never worried about Blueberry not being cared for during her stay.
Prior to her Board and Train, Blueberry was VERY reactive, not the best with potty training, nippy during play, not good on a leash, and would bark at almost every sound. AFTER her Board and Train, she listens to every command, walks beside me on leash, little to no reactivity in various environments, and is potty trained.
As her owner, her ongoing training and continued good behavior is my responsibility. I will be continuing the work that Jet Set laid the foundation for.
This was 10000000000% worth every penny and I will be taking any and all future dogs to Jet Set Pets.

We cannot recommend Jet Set University (and their boarding facility, Jet Set Pet) enough! Our dog, Caesar, has gone from learning basic commands and manners to mastering advanced behaviors, all thanks to their incredible team. Not only did they help train Caesar, but they also gave us the confidence and skills to continue working with him at home.
The staff is always happy, kind, and you can truly see their passion for animals and watching them grow. Communication has been clear and consistent every step of the way, and they’ve always been attentive to Caesar’s needs. We’ve loved every second of working with them for both training and boarding, and we are so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our pup and our family!

Lilli trained Henry my yellow lab he was just 16 weeks old. I’ve got to admit Henry is a perfect puppy now. He is very obedient and well behaved no all his commands and excuses them without fail. If you have a pet of any age Jetset training will work for you. This is the second dog they’ve trained for me Sandy was a 5 year old breeder never was socialized but in 3 weeks was the best trained buddy I’ve ever had. Thanks again to Chanin as well.
Before coming to Beaches Jet Set Pets, our Ramona was a mess. She was reactive to everything, didn't listen to anyone, and was starting to become aggressive towards our kids. We were seriously discussing whether we needed to surrender her - it was that bad! But we knew people who raved about Beaches Jet Set Pets, and we met with them as our last resort.
Because of her issues, Ramona stayed on campus for a month of intensive training. Trainers Chanin and Lilli were amazing - they worked with her daily and taught her all the basic commands. But it wasn't all work - there was lots of time for playing with other dogs, and belly rubs, too.
The final part of the training is for the parents. After Ramona came home, Chanin and Lilli worked with us over 4 sessions to teach the humans how to be consistent with the training - after all, if we don't reinforce what she learned, she will fall back into her old habits. What was really great is how happy she was to see her trainers - that tells you a lot about the training experience.
Ramona is a changed dog and an absolute delight to be around. I honestly think she is happier, too, because she understands our expectations now. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth every penny!
We are more than thrilled with Jet Set. Truthfully, we were skeptical that they would be successful accomplishing all the things with Archie that they stated could be done within the 4 weeks he was with them. Archie is so much better behaved and he has good manners now. We’re all happy. Additionally Jet Set is always there for any issues or questions that might come up. Thank you Jet Set!!

I can not say enough amazing things about Jet Set! They have transformed my pup to an amazing my companion who I can take anywhere. She was unruly and reactive and now can heel, place, stay, come and is so very happy! They are a text away anytime I have a concern and love on her everytime they see her! I love this place and the trainers!!!

I’m not sure if I would come back here again. I should have noticed something was wrong when my dogs had to be slid across the floor to go back with whoever was checking them in. They don’t even act like that at the vets office. I dropped my dogs off February 1st, thinking they would have a good experience. Upon arrival, I asked the girl at the check in desk if I could see the facility. She only let me see where the dogs would sleep, but would not let me see the play area. The excuse she made was that it may upset my dogs to see me. At this point, my dogs are already upset. Mind you, this is my first time at this facility and first time boarding my dogs. You would think they would want you to feel comfortable leaving your dogs there. Okay whatever, I just brushed it off.
Fast forward to today, Sunday, I came in early thinking I could avoid the $15 charge per pet for late pickup if I picked up my dogs by 11am. Well when I get there, I’m having a normal conversation with the two girls hanging out in the front, while another girl goes to get my dogs. They are telling me how sweet my dogs are and that my dogs were giving them lots of kisses. All of a sudden, one of the girls says by the way I just wanted to let you know we are normally closed on Sunday at this time and that door is normally locked. Okay? The website is contradicting. It list the times they are open for check-in and check-out, but the paragraph following makes it seem like they are open for check-in/out Saturday AND Sunday 9-11 AND 3-5. Then, the other girl comes out with my dogs and hands me a paper saying I’m going to owe money because the food wasn’t prepackaged. Both dogs had an individual bag of food, enough for all days, with a 1/4 cup scoop included (this was shared with the girl at check-in and she did not say anything about it). She also forgot to give me back their navy blue canvas bag until I reminded her that they had a bag they came with. I got weird vibes and should have went with my gut feeling at check-in, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt due to the 5 star reviews. I’m left feeling indifferent about my experience.
Edited to add an additional 2 stars: The manager called me and we have resolved this issue.
This place is super great. We use them to board & bath our dog. They lshower him with love & kisses,

Five stars for Jet Set Pets! As first-timers to dog boarding, we were naturally apprehensive, but Jet Set Pets made the experience seamless and worry-free. From the very first interaction, their team was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and easing our concerns. The staff were not only friendly but also showed genuine care and affection for our furry family member. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring a healthy and safe environment for all pets.
