I had given up on recruiting services until I got a referral for Kanekta. Previously, local recruiting services would seem to just send anyone and waste a lot of our time. My team's opinion of recruiting firms has changed dramatically after working with Kanekta; I have used Kanekta's services to hire 4 team members thus far and can easily recommend their services to anyone looking to outsource recruiting efforts. My first hire was for a marketing team member and based on the ease of working with Kanekta and the quality of the hire, my team immediately began re-envisioning what was possible for our company now that we found a strong recruiting solution. The other 3 hires we made were roles that we didn't originally have on our org. chart; we made them after we realized recruiting could be made that much easier by using Kanekta's services. More specifically, here are some things that stood out about Kanekta compared to other hiring agencies we had worked with in the past: Kanekta's team provided a helpful spreadsheet to compare all candidates and that spreadsheet was kept up to date. Based on our needs, Kanekta's team got us a 2 minute video introduction from each candidate and made it easy to click and see their resume, their linkedin, and other basic information about them. If we liked the candidates, we let Kanekta know and within a few days they would have a link to a ~30 minute recorded preliminary interview between them and the candidate. At this point, we would ask them to set up an interview with any candidate with liked and our team. That took place within 1-2 days. By then we had a good feeling about each candidate and only needed 2-4 interviews per role to make the hire. Before Kanekta, this would take *countless hours* from my team. I believe if you use their service, you will see why we felt freed and as if anything was possible after using them!
