Had K&B come out after I had been dissatisfied with a so called “A” one company. Travis arrived on time. I told him my issues with the door and I would like him to give it an inspection. After looking over the door he informed me that the door was sound just needed to have springs tightened door adjusted, and the rollers lubricated. He also let me know that my inspection included up to three doors, and he looked at my other door and said the same. After about 30 minutes, he completed all of his work, not once trying to upsell me on new hardware or new springs or replacing the door, which was refreshing compared to my last experience with the previous door company. I highly recommend K&B Garage Door company if you’re looking for honesty and integrity. My technician Travis was very pleasant knowledgeable, and did the work that needed to be done. Not trying to do anything that didn’t.

Called and scheduled a service appointment for Thursday morning. No one came and no one called. I called back and spoke to dispatch who advised that the message never got to them that there was a scheduled appointment. They then advised that the next available appointment would be the following Monday. Be careful dealing with this business as it appears that there is a serious communication problem between scheduling and dispatch. Would not give one star, but unable to post without giving at least one.

Exceptional service—problem solved!
Pedro was exceptional from start to finish! He answered my call with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. After I jammed my garage motor so it wouldn't open or close, Pedro patiently guided me step by step until it was fully functional again. His expertise and clear instructions saved the day! K&B was not my first choice, but it ended up being the final choice.
We had a 25-year-old garage door that needed replacing, and we decided that we would add a garage door opener as well. The K&B technician came out at about 8:00 in the morning, and stayed until both the garage door and the opener have been installed and tested thoroughly. He also ensured that we had the app for the garage door opener installed and that we were familiar with basic use.
We are very happy with the service we received, and at a very fair price. I highly recommend k& B to anyone looking for installation or maintenance of their garage door or opener

Reprogrammed malfunctioning and New remote controls for the garage door doors. Done, professionally, efficiently and quickly and was a pleasant experience. I will use this company for my garage door motor replacements within the year as they are 28 years old.
