Training at Kalos Sthenos has completely transformed my fitness journey! The personalised coaching approach is exceptional - every session is tailored specifically to my goals. Both Nic and Jasmine are incredibly knowledgeable. I started training with them as a complete beginner in Calisthenics they have been able to get me to a point beyond what I thought possible! I’ve seen remarkable improvements in both my strength and confidence. I genuinely look forward to every session and couldn’t recommend Kalos Sthenos more highly!
Grateful for the patience Jasmine and Nic have been with me. Kalos is a wonderful place to train and I would recommend it to anyone that truly wants to transform their body composition.
Their approach is very scientific and the focus is not just on time at the gym but also nutrition and building healthy habits.
The energy of the trainer is great and theres a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have been training with Nic and he is a really fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, patient, pushes me to test my strength, holds me accountable on my food habits while at the same time keeping the training sessions interesting and fun. I am really happy with the results I’ve managed to achieve with Nic’s help.
Looks like it’ll be a great investment for me moving into the future!
