I have had other mold services done in the past. Trey was far more thorough, and his K9 was so professional and extremely helpful in finding those difficult and unthought-of places. I wholeheartedly recommend K9 Mold Patrol. Trey is extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We'd had mold inspections done before, but no one came close to how thorough Scout and Trey were. Scout found mold that was not found with typical mold inspections and Trey was able to investigate areas no one never even thought to look. He explained his process, answered every question we had, and kept us informed during every step of the process. He sent us the sample test results and his detailed findings report within a few days of his inspection. After we went over the report, he talked us through options for each issue. We liked knowing that he only finds and identifies mold, he doesn't have a financial incentive to recommend mold removal or remediation. We trusted his findings and recommendations and were able to fix the issues we had. Thank you Trey and Scout!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The BEST in South Carolina — hire Tre and Scout if there were 10 stars I'd give them that! Tre and Scout came to our rescue in an emergency, and we are so grateful. Tre was incredibly communicative, patient, and knowledgeable — he answered every question, explained everything clearly, and treated our situation with the urgency in a calm manner. His report was very thorough! Scout is phenomenal. That dog found even the tiniest traces of mold, including spots we never would have caught on our own. If you're worried about mold affecting your health or hiding in your home, don't hesitate — hire Tre. He's easy to be around, genuinely kind, and hands down the best in South Carolina. Hire a mold dog!! Trey and Scout did an amazing job inspecting our home in Charleston. I had an excellent experience with K9 Mold Patrol! Trey and his dog, Scout, did an amazing and thorough job inspecting my home. They arrived early and stayed most of the day, carefully checking every part of the house — including the attic and crawl space. Trey took plenty of photos, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect during and after the inspection. Scout was so friendly and did a great job confirming where mold was present. Trey’s knowledge about different types of mold and overall home issues really impressed me — he even noticed roof leaks in my attic that weren’t mold-related but still important to fix. He took multiple samples for lab testing where we believed it was needed and is sending me a detailed report so I’ll know how to handle remediation properly. Although our house is only 8 yrs old, I began having a lot of severe headaches, runny nose, & smelling unusual scents in a couple of areas in our home. I called K9 Mold Patrol for an inspection, even though my husband thought it was a waste of time. Trey & Scout arrived on time and got to work on inspecting the entire home. Scout not only alerted to the two areas I was concerned about but he also alerted on three other areas that weren’t even on my list. Trey sent off mold samples and one area came back as toxic mold. We were able to treat & correct the areas and my allergy symptoms have improved. My husband is now a believer in Scout! We both would highly recommend Trey & Scout!!
