These guys are amazing. They live my fur babies as if they were their own. My dogs love coming here. They get so excited. It's literally right around the corner from where I live so it's air do very convenient.
Your kind words made our day, Lynda! Knowing your dogs get excited to see us is exactly why we love what we do. It’s an honor to care for them as if they were our own, and we’re so glad our spot is convenient for you, too. Bring your fur babies in soon for more playtime and pampering, we can’t wait to see those happy faces again!
Hey Anthony, so glad you found our prices reasonable! Our team loves making everyone feel at home here in our little bakery, and your feedback totally brightened our day. Bring a friend next time and share one of our freshly baked treats, see what you both think!

We trust them to take excellent care of our dog for boarding and grooming. She stays a few times a year without incident and seems like she has a great time. The staff speaks really kindly to the dogs.

We love giving pets a safe, happy space to play and relax, and you’re always welcome here. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to book another stay or grooming.

We had such a great experience with Grace at K9! She groomed so quickly and was very helpful. Our Goldendoodle, Scarlett, looks so great! We will definitely be back!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Amanda! Grace had a blast grooming Scarlett and we’re over the moon to hear you loved the result. We always aim to make every visit fun, fast, and stress-free for our waggy tail friends (and their families). Can’t wait to welcome you both back for more fluffy makeovers, bring Scarlett in anytime, she’s a star here!

I have left my three dogs here while I was on a 8 day vacation with my wife and once I’ve gotten back from vacation my dogs smelled like complete piss never gave them a bath and never monitored my dogs scratch on his face plus they are very unprofessional and can’t even take criticism from other people beware don’t take your dogs here if you are traveling or puppy bc they give my puppy adult food and never feed them puppy chow left my dogs skinny as well
We would like to provide accurate context regarding Sparky, Bandit, and Jackson’s stay, as several statements in this review do not reflect the documented communication or the care your pets received.
Your wife was contacted by phone immediately when Sparky obtained a scratch on his face from your puppy Bandit during play. Photos were provided, and a complimentary report card, normally a paid service, was sent on November 24th with pictures and a detailed update on how Sparky was healing. A second email update was sent on November 28th. At no point were you left without communication regarding your dogs.
The injury occurred because all three dogs were housed together per your explicit instructions, and Bandit, whose nails were extremely overgrown, caused the initial scratch during play with Sparky. Our groomer trimmed Bandit’s nails free of charge. The wound was healing well until Sparky reopened it by scratching his own face with nails that were also so overgrown they were beginning to curl toward his paw pads. Our groomer then trimmed Sparky's nails, once again free of charge. We re-cleaned and treated the wound, purchased a protective cone at our expense to prevent further irritation, and again reached out to inform you of the reopening. None of these additional services were billed; they were provided solely for your dogs’ safety and comfort.
Regarding odor and cleanliness: Bandit is not potty trained, which was evident throughout the stay. He was taken outside every two hours, yet continued to have indoor accidents. At check-in, your wife was offered exit baths for Sparky, Bandit, and Jackson, and declined. While we maintain clean suites and bedding, declining an exit bath means dogs may not go home freshly washed after an extended boarding period.
Concerning feeding: Sparky, Bandit, and Jackson were all fed twice daily, and staff verified they ate each meal. The adult and puppy Purina bags you provided were nearly identical in appearance, and while the puppy chow for Bandit was unfortunately overlooked, your dogs were never unfed, underfed, or deprived of meals at any point during their eight-day stay.
Management also spoke directly with your wife, addressed her concerns, and provided clear explanations supported by documentation.
K9 Clubhouse stands behind the quality, transparency, and professionalism of the services we provide. We will always prioritize the safety and well-being of every dog entrusted to us, even when pets arrive requiring care that clearly their owners are not providing.
Alondra Saenz2025.11.05
They are the absolute best! They made sure he felt happy while boarding! They also were very understanding about him being dog aggressive. Definitely get the pictures from them because they are the professionals at getting your dog’s best angle. He will be back again!
Alondra, it was such a joy having your puppy with us! We always do our best to make every dog feel comfortable and cared for, no matter their personality. Capturing those sweet moments is one of our favorite things, so we’re glad you loved the photos. We can’t wait to welcome your doggy friend back for more adventures and cuddles – and, of course, more picture-perfect moments! Ready to book the next stay? Reach out anytime!

I would not recommend this place at all for boarding for several reasons, I'm incredibly unhappy. It is insanely loud. I understand that dogs bark and that it is hard for people to control that, but I've been to many other boarding facilities that were able to manage the loudness. When I walked my dog back to her suite to drop her off for the weekend, she was full body shaking from all of the barking and crying from other dogs. I still feel so bad about leaving her.
I did also warn them that our dog scares very easily around new people, but once she warms up (which doesn’t take long) she is the biggest cuddle bug, so in other words - please take it very slowly with her and back off if she starts becoming really anxious. While this can certainly be an inconvenience, we have never had a problem with it anywhere else and our dog has always ended up being very happy during her stays away at other places. Well, the first day this place had her - apparently she was being "so snappy" with one of them when they were trying to take her out of her room that she bit her own tongue, which tells me that they were not taking it slow with her at all and that she was very stressed in general.
When we picked her up, she was full body shaking again. When I walked in, I could tell she was so happy to see me, but she still had her tail between her legs and her ears back. We took her outside of the building right away and immediately she started lightening up and becoming her old self again. Once I had her in the car, I gave her a look over and discovered what made me decide to write this review in the first place - on the outside of one of the sides of her mouth was a massive welt, literally dragging her lip down. It looked filthy and covered in dirt and dry blood. We are literally having to take her to the vet to look at this it looks so nasty. And the boarding place never said a word about it. She also had dried blood on her back. The blood on her back was in a spot she wouldn't have been able to reach herself and she has no cuts on her back, so I guess that blood came from another dog there….
Before I end, I just want to say that our dog goes to a day camp 3-4 times a week and is absolutely obsessed with all of the people who work there and all of the other dogs that play there. They always rave about her and how cuddly and sweet but also how full of energy and playful she is. Not once has there ever been a single issue. So, while yes she can get very anxious, her demeanor and appearance when we picked her up from this boarding place were absolutely a product of the way she was treated. I can't speak to their daycare program, but I would highly suggest you do not use there boarding program. From what I've experienced, it seems as if they just simply do not care about the dogs at all.
We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your dog’s stay, but we do feel your review does not accurately reflect what occurred during Apricot’s time with us.
Our manager was Apricot’s consistent caretaker throughout her stay. From the very beginning, he took time to sit quietly with her, speak softly, and offer her treats, even specially prepared ones, to build trust. Despite these efforts, Apricot remained very fearful and reactive, and at one point attempted to bite while being leashed. For her safety, as well as the safety of our staff and other dogs, we made the decision to remove her from group daycare and provide private playtimes instead. This allowed her to have one-on-one time in a calm, controlled environment without added stress from new people or dogs.
We understand your concern about the noise level. Our kennel can become more active during feeding or potty times, but it is not constantly loud. In fact, our facility typically remains quiet throughout the day, as can be seen in many of our live Instagram posts showing dogs resting peacefully.
The small injury on Apricot’s mouth occurred during one of her reactive moments — it was not caused by another dog or by neglect. She was monitored closely, fed on schedule, and cared for attentively throughout her stay. At no point was she left unsupervised or mistreated.
We do acknowledge that communication could have been better during her stay, and that was an oversight on our part. However, suggesting that our team “does not care about the dogs” is completely untrue. Our entire business exists to provide safe, attentive, 24-hour care, especially for dogs with complex behavioral needs like Apricot’s.
We wish Apricot the best and hope she’s feeling calm and comfortable at home, but we stand by the professionalism and care she received while in our facility.
What a wonderful grooming, daycare, and boarding facility! The place is professional, modern, clean, and designed to prioritize the health and comfort of our beloved Boston Terriers (and all dogs). The services our furbabies received, on multiple occasions, were truly outstanding. This business is a hidden gem located in Old Town Spring, offering top-tier customer service, including flexible drop-off and pick-up times for boarding and care for our baby who has to take seizure medication—a service not provided by other kennels in the community.
Thank you, Cyndi Drummond, for sharing such thoughtful words about your experiences with us! It warms our hearts to know your Boston Terriers felt comfortable and cared for in our facility, and we’re honored you trust us with their special needs. We love going the extra mile for every dog who comes through our doors. Can’t wait to see your them again soon, feel free to stop by for a visit or reach out if you ever need anything else!

We are so thankful for K9 Clubhouse! Our rescue girl Charlotte has separation anxiety, but she is always well taken care of by their friendly and caring staff - as seen by the smiles on her face in her daily boarding report card photos!
Their awesome facility is climate-controlled, super clean, and well organized, and the huge indoor area is perfect for daily playtime (especially to avoid the year-round Texas heat outdoors!). The Clubhouse also offers daycare, day boarding, grooming, training, and special events! Contact them today to learn more and schedule a tour!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Sarah! Charlotte is an absolute joy, and it brightens our day to see her having fun and relaxing, even with her separation anxiety. Your shout-out to our caring team and facility touches us deeply. If you or a fellow pet parent are looking for a loving spot for your dogs, stop by and meet the family anytime we can’t wait to welcome you!

We couldn’t be happier with this place! They stepped in at the last minute when we needed boarding and daycare for our boy Disco. Communication was excellent, and we got updates with photos that made us feel totally at ease. Our pup came home happy, relaxed, exhausted from all the fun and clearly well cared for. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care for the dogs — highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and caring team!
Sean, it absolutely made our day to read about Disco’s awesome boarding and daycare experience! We loved having him with us and are so glad the photo updates and communication helped you feel at ease. Seeing how happy, relaxed, and playful he was is exactly why we love what we do. If Disco ever needs a place to play and relax again, we’d be thrilled to welcome him back hope to see you both soon!

This is not the first time the groomer is late, but this time it is over an hour! Imagine if someone dropping off their dog has to go to work right after. This location just does not have reliable staff. Their Management just called us a few hours later and are going to address the issue with their staff and have offered us a complimentary dog grooming for the next time.
We appreciate you letting us know about your experience, Michael St. Pierre! Our team truly values your feedback and we get how important it is to keep things on schedule for busy families. It’s great that our management could connect with you and offer a solution! Please reach out ahead if you have any timing preferences or additional concerns, and we’ll do our best to create a tail-wagging visit for you both!

Amy is a wonderful addition to this center. I was hesitant about enrolling my dog into this facility, but she helped ease my mind. She was very patient and diligent with me while on the phone to help me understand the cost breakdown, registration process, and overall went above and beyond! 😊 we had a few chuckles here and there, haha!
P.S. Ruby misses you! 🐾
Thanks,
