Wind damage tile’s replacement Don’t look any further for a roofing contractor. Turned up on time to look at problem, only a small job but repaired same day at very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone wanting any work doing whatsoever the problem .11/10

Terrible Untrustworthy Company. They replaced my main roof on 1st. July 2024 at a cost of £10,000. A side roof was replaced in August 2024 at a cost of £1100. From July 2024 to 19th December 2025, JW Roofing have been called out 15 times to do repairs to both roofs. The main roof still leaks in the same area whenever it rains constantly. I called them on the 19th Dec 2025 regarding the latest leak and no one has come to do a repair. Amateurs is too nice a word for them. There 25 year guarantee means nothing. A new roof should not leak ! Don't give feedback until you know your roof does not leak. Seeking legal advice now.

Really lovely people, do a great job and base it on what you can afford! Got hold of JW Roofing when I discovered I had tiles missing and damaged on the roof. Called up JW after finding their details online and they were just brilliant. Popped round the next day to fix up, built up and priced the job based on what I could actually afford and then got straight to work on it. Super service and so glad I found them

Flat Roof Repair If you want a company that understands what Customer Service really means, then look no further. Professional and courteous staff who turned up on time on the arranged day, completed the work and left the site clean and rubbish free. Competitive price and the fact that they came back to check that all was OK after the first heavy rain shows commitment to their customers.

Ridge tiles repaired JW Roofing came to sort out my ridge tiles as they were in bad condition. They came to look at the job on time and communication was great. We agreed a price and time. They did a fantastic job. The tiles are now solid and look very neat. All the work was done while I was at work myself so it was no inconvenience to me. No mess was left very clean. I am more than happy with the work carried out.

Would recommend. Quick response to my phone call about a garage roof repair which would leak in the rain. Good communication and competitive price. The work lads were professionals, quick at their job, very polite and cleaned up after they were finished. All work guaranteed. Would highly recommend.

10/10 Start To Finish Recently got a new roof, the job was done fantastically. Professional, friendly and hard working, guys were absolutely amazing getting everything sorted from skip to tiles, taking solar panels off, even replaced gutters, end result finished to a high standard. I was kept in the loop with everything. Highly recommend this specific company.

Chimney stack repair Needed my chimney stack repairing called and spoke to John who came round the same day to price the job up. The team came round 3 days later and did the job. Absolutely faultless service and workmanship, full re build of chimney stack which is now safe for many many years to come. Highly recommended and thank you to John, Dean and the lads !

Repair to roof of commercial / charity building Honestly, could not fault the work at all. We had some broken tiles and flashing on our roof of our children's home which was letting in water. John and his guys turned up exactly when they said they would and repaired the issue to a very high standard and with zero disruption to us at all. Price was perfect. They even went as far as to repair other tiles whilst they were 'up there'. Their swift response and proactive action has saved us having to deal with a much bigger issue and saved us £££££££. Highly recommended and will defo use for future works.

Total roof replacement J W did a first class job of replacing our aging roof in less than 2 days. They arranged the scaffolding and removal of all debris. Using modern equipment and a team who knew exactly what they were doing. Very reasonable quotation and a helpful approach to ensure safe payment.
