Alex Griego was very helpful in fixing my a/c, this property’s condenser was not at the location where usually should be and he had to walk around the whole property to search, tired and hot but he didn’t give up. Found them and he fixed them, relieved and thankful.

Mario Arceo was the JW technician who came to service my air conditioning system today. He did a fine job, and left me confident my A/C unit is in excellent condition. He also did a great good deed by installing my new fire-tv-stick on my almost inaccessible television, so I can recuperate from heart valve surgery this month with entertainment to divert me. Bravo, Mario!

Julian was such a breath of fresh air. There were some concerns and missing parts that caused a large bill. Julian was very empathetic and understanding to be so young working with senior citizens. He contacted his office and worked everything out. We are very satisfied and happy and most of all ready with clean cool AC for a hot summer. 🤗

Ezekiel was vey knowledgeable, took notes and listened to the problems I spoke of. He did a good job with diagnosing the many issues with my old a/c unit. Mr. Lito joined in with further explanation, and, as I was already knowing, the unit is outdated and on the last leg! Appreciate the not wasting time to try and “fix” something that needs to be replaced.
