AMAZING! Aurora, Caitlin and Kaylee deep cleaned my home and it has never looked better. They were timely, thorough, professional and meticulous. Because of the quality of their work and the responsiveness of the company, I have signed up for their monthly cleaning service.
I was so happy to see my very clean house when the cleaners were done. Shiney clean oven & frig and floors & bathroom, etc. I can recommend them. Also very accommodating with timing.

I originally found JW Cleaning online. We have a 2000 sq ft condo in the north loop of Mpls. All one level, no pets, no kids + are very well versed 'cleaning clients' in the way of pick up, clearing all counters, areas, etc. First, this company communicates ALOT, which I appreciate. Their original quote for an initial deep clean was 2 times the amt. than we have ever paid to have someone clean our condo. But, I thought. I will give it a try. The first time the team came, I was very impressed. The cleaning, while very expensive, honestly was worth the expense ($425). I was very happy. I then scheduled a reg. cleaning one month later. This time $260, again, alot more than we are used to paying for our one level unit (considering we are very clean people, etc.) -- yet, I agreed. However, instead of sending their 'experienced' cleaners (their language), they sent in someone new. This time, I was very disappointed with the cleaning + communicated right away with pictures, videos, etc. of my shower, sinks, etc. The owner offered to send someone to re-clean, but we could not make a time work within the following 2-3days. She then refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. I was satisfied. One month later, I scheduled another cleaning. Because the cleaner had to park 2 blks away, I was told I would be charged an addtl $12 for my cleaning. I thought weird, but agreed. This time, the service was very bad. The floors in my bathroom were never done, the shower doors never wiped down, the entrance to the shower never wiped (a great deal of dust at the lip of my shower), the area behind my tub (just tile on top of the tub area) never wiped, my kitchen sinks were 100% forgotten (never cleaned), I found debris (garlic bulb leaves) behind my kitchen garbage, the kitchen floors never done and loads of dust bunnies throughout the house. I reached out to the owner. I asked for a refund of $60, she was okay with that. When I asked for the refund, she then 'let me go' as a client because they found the parking was too much for them. 24hrs later, I ended up just cleaning my entire house again on my own. I found many more things that were never touched which resulted in cleaning myself for over 2hrs. The owner did respond to say thank you for my clear communication each time. Here's the thing: I am def not unreasonable nor a rude person. The owner mentioned that my cleaner was not an 'experienced cleaner'. Their first service was wonderful. Therefore, I assumed that with each clean -- I would receive an 'experienced cleaner' each time. Wouldn't one expect for $260 that you would receive 'experienced cleaning' each time? Sadly, this is the tale of so many cleaning services. There to impress you on the very first clean so that you hire them again. Then once they have you as a client, they send in a contracted team that does 1/4 of the effort. Again, the owner was nice when we corresponded. I am only giving this (less than perfect) review because I use reviews of local businesses when I hire them as to save myself time, energy, effort + money. I assumed with their current reviews that I would never run into their scenarios I experienced. If your time is valuable + service value is important to you in a time when 'where we spend our money is very important', then I find it important that you should know this information re: JW cleaning before hiring them yourself.

Clientsโ schedules + calendar adjustments are a part of all everyday business in 2025.
Having grace + patience for mistakes is given โ yet after 2 attempts + the second cleaning, much worse, which resulted in having to clean my own home for two hours is not acceptable. At the price point you are at, you will have higher expectations of your clients. We spent over $1000 with your company for ONE good clean. This is why I took the time to write my review. It is important for those in the future to understand your business model.

We made every effort to work with your ever-changing scheduling needs and the ongoing parking issues, which required our cleaners to park several blocks away while carrying all cleaning supplies and equipment. Since this is not a typical situation or expense, the parking charges were simply to cover the additional costs and time it required for our team to access your home. Once you submitted your complaints, the parking fee was not added, along with a partial refund provided.
Regarding the cleanings themselves โFor your subsequent visits, we assigned a newer cleaner who lives nearby to help with scheduling efficiency. As concerns came up, we used your detailed feedback to help her learn and grow in her role. At JW Cleaning, we believe in treating everyone with grace, accountability, and support as they develop their skills.
Iโd also like to clarify something you mentioned: I did not say that we โonly send experienced cleaners for deep cleans.โ Although that is true being we of course wouldnโt send an inexperienced cleaner to complete a deep clean. What I said was, โTypically, I would say weโll be sure to send a seasoned cleaner only, out to your place from now on to ensure we have no issues. Unfortunately, the parking issue is a big concern especially with the winter months coming just around the corner so Iโm sad to say I donโt think we can continue to service your home due to the parking issues as there does not seem to be a convenient and close place to park. Again, I am so sorry we failed you these last two cleans Jenโ My intention was to assure you that, given the ongoing challenges, we would send someone with a longer track record of providing consistent quality moving forward.
Our team truly tries our best to provide quality services, and sometimes, yes โ we miss the mark and need to step back, reevaluate, and make improvements, just as any company that is growing and learning would have to do. Itโs really disheartening to see that you felt the need to leave this review after weโve done everything in our power to communicate openly, take accountability, and make things right. As a businesswoman yourself, I pray that you offer others grace and understand that mistakes happen and sometimes people need a little extra time to get things right. This is how we choose to treat all people, clients and team members alike. ๐
Like I said I appreciate your feedback as we are growing and do need to reign things in. Our goal has always been and will always be, to provide our clients with the best quality possible, and to also take accountability when needed and to take that information and improve.
