JPA in Cornelius help me lose my insurance of 20 years and I never got a roof. They came across very nice and professional, but in the long run of 2 1/2 years I lost my insurance With Nationwide because they wanted too much money., truly, if there wasn’t enough damage to the roof, they should not have taken the claim. I have been without a good policy with the government since then, and nobody else will cover me because my roof claim. it’s been devastating to me because I’ve never had to do this. I’ve always had good standings and paid my bill no claims.. I even lost the depreciation on the property because someone couldn’t just make a phone call and it just got sent in my email and just buried. I just like to say it’s been the most horrible experience for me as a single mother just trying to make it.. I will never go this route again‘!!

While the insurance company denied coverage for the roof, they simultaneously required that the roof be repaired by a specific deadline in order to maintain coverage. We advocated on your behalf and requested an extension of that deadline, but the carrier declined our request. Ultimately, decisions regarding coverage, underwriting, and policy renewal remained solely within the insurance company's control.
We recognize that the outcome was not what you had hoped for, and we're truly sorry for the frustration and hardship this situation has caused.
