Edward was amazing just as Nick promised. I finally found out my install was WRONG and not correctly setup for my attic w/ spray foam insultation. I knew something was wrong having to replace parts this fast w installer. Probably this is where they failed the most. Install wrong thermostat for this type of HVAC when the 1st went out. It snowballed. I could not deal w cheap, never have the tools, or parts, HVAC company who install it in my brand new house in 2024. Edward GOT IT RIGHT AND EXPLAINED THE ISSUE! SOOO happy to know I was not wrong. Thank u Weiss!

We had our AC not working and he was able to come do the diagnostic and fix our AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Edward came out to investigate my HVAC issues. I explained the symptoms as best as I could and he began his hunt. Within a few minutes, he emerged from the attic triumphantly and then clearly explained the issue and the solution. He was thorough, and spoke in terms I could understand. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He did a fantastic job and I now have a working A/C unit again! I would recommend Edward and the whole Weiss team to anyone encountering any HVAC issues or needing seasonal maintenance.
