I used this company in the past. We had a heating emergency and I called them and they were so professional and were at my home within a few hours! Each person that either called or came to my house were professional and answered all of our questions! I am 100% satisfied!

Our mini-splits went offline and Sebastian P. came over and fixed it for us in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and checked more than we expected. Along with that, he went over things that we didn't know when our mini-splits were installed so I feel we got a lot of extra information!!! Our two cats and two dogs loved him too so bonus points for being 4/4 pet approved!

Ryan serviced my indirect water heater unit today and was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Seems all of the techs from Heritage are on top of their game. Ryan provides exceptional service, knowledge and experience in servicing my equipment each and every year. He is the best I have ever had as a serviced tech!

Because the dispatcher never called me back to let me know that the plumber couldn’t make it to disconnect the stove earlier than scheduled. I knew it might not be possible, but a call would have been nice. Also, between 12-4:00 and came at 5:55. The driver was stuck in traffic. Understandable, but still no call to let us know that. I think that there should be some type of estimate given so there is no sticker shock when presented with the bill. At $600.00 an hour, should be given the range of cost. Jacob, the plumber was excellent and did a great job. We understand that the price of everything is going up, but a little heads up on pricing would have been nice.

It was av Courteous experience from beginning to end which was over 48 hours. I called Heritage at 4:45 PM to explain my gas furnace was not producing heat. A service car visit was scheduled for the next day. Angel, service tech analyzed the problem and provided options. I decided to replace the 21 year old furnace instead of repair. He was able to schedule an installation which was completed perfectly by a experienced installer the next day!.

We had contacted Heritage Home Services for a couple estimates. The technician, Will, who we discussed our proposed projects with was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. The first estimate was to extend our internal gas lines from the basement go to the first floor fireplace for a gas insert fireplace . Because we had other aspects to be addressed before we could move forward with this project we decided not to proceed. The cost was also a little higher than we expected. The other project was to relocate our existing reverse osmosis water filter from under the kitchen sink to the basement. The estimate to do this work was reasonable and fair so we proceeded with this work. Will and a helper completed this and we were very pleased with the job and now we have more space under the kitchen sink. I would definitely consider Will and Heritage Home Services for any future plumbing or gas line work.

Julien Ciciliane and his teammate did a profesional job with the physical installation of our split system condenser. The team was courteous, worked diligently, and cleaned up the area after completion. The overall installation process was smooth. However, one of the interior unit’s thermostat is not functioning correctly. To his credit, Julian has tried to solve the problem. We are hopeful the company will resolve this issue promptly under warranty.
