Scott was very professional and very thorough. Although he could not smell the bad odor in the bathroom, he persisted in the basement, until he found cracks in the old iron pipes. He gently gave me the bad news and cost. I will call them again.

Our plumber was absolutely fantastic! Exactly what we've come to expect from Heritage. He was on time, friendly, respectful, and very thorough, making sure he was able to resolve our issue.

Had to replace my 15 year toilet the other day as well as my 15 year my garbage disposal. I called Heritage Home Service and they were out the following day. Sal did an excellent job explaining my options to repair or replace the toilet I replaced it. Garbage disposal had to be replaced because it was trashed completely. I highly recommend Heritage as I’ve used them before to replace my shower panel. They gave me a 2 hour window as to ETA and called when he was on his way. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber for any home services.

I have had Joshua Greenleaf from heritage come to my home many times. He is absolutely wonderful. He put in a sump pump and water filtration system if I have any questions or concerns He has the answers. I would highly recommend Joshua. When he finishes a job I know it's always done right. Donna F

I would highly recommend Mike from Herritage. He came out on a Sunday as we had no AC. We were told we may have to cut the wall in order to access the panel box. Mike was going to make the cuts in a way that it would still look nice. He tried one last time to remove the panel cover and was successful. He also found an exposed live wire that we need to deal with and he provided feedback on some other electrical questions we had. We will be calling Mike for additional services in the coming weeks. Thank you Mike for addressing our issues, timely, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. Thank you for getting our AC up and running again.

Work done, efficiently and promptly, and the technician was very pleasant and helpful

Had a boiler at the original installer did not come on scheduled date. Called heritage have to see a 7:00 p.m. in the evening they thought the next afternoon. It was a Friday text date on top of everything it needed apart he expressed to the office please keep me updated as to where the part was and to please make sure the schedule was reading the engine soon as the part came in tonight the installation. Jim the installer stayed in touch with me as soon as he knew where the part was and how soon it could possibly get to the warehouse. All involved kept me updated and Jim is very personable and up front about about everything. I am thankful for they great service
