We would like thank Alex very much from Heritage home service,Tewksbury. Alex, is a truly professional plumber who replaced the hot and cold water valves under my kitchen sink this week. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. He explained the work clearly, and got straight to it. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The new valves work perfectly. What impressed me most was his friendly attitude and how respectful he was of my home, and how helpful he was. It’s not easy to find someone reliable these days, but Alex definitely earned my trust. We had water running down through our electrical box after heavy rain, and it must have been happening for a long time because of the evidence of rust in the meter box and interior panel. It was a 2-day, very expensive job, but they got folks out to us the day after we called. Plus, it was really good to reach an actual human when I had to call. They also scheduled the 2nd day of repairs around my work schedule. When the electricians came out, Sadie and Pharaoh were on time, communicated what was going on, shared pictures of what the issues were, and worked so hard (in almost 100 degree heat) to get things done.

Had Heritage home serves out to clean duct work and blowers. Great professional and friendly service! Highly recommended!

We only had one dealing with the Heritage representative so far, to talk about a quote for a standby generator solution. He was punctual, professional, knowledgable and provided quotes for several options the same day. We are still waiting for quotes from other bidders, so it is too early to answer if we will go with Heritage. 12/3: We had the new furnace installed yesterday and Dane and Rob did an EXCELLENT job. Looks like we found ourselves a reliable partner to take care of our heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. Thank you Heritage. 1/15/25: We had the annual preventive maintenance done yesterday on our 2-year old RHEEM furnace by Joshua and he did a great job. For the second part of the visit, he pursued to mitigate the short-cycling of the furnace, which had plagued us since it was installed by another company. He confirmed that the furnace is grossly oversized, which leads to the short-cycling ( I had also come to the same conclusion earlier, after researching possible causes for short-cycling). He concluded that there was nothing more he can do, short of replacing the unit with a smaller one. Thank you Josh and Heritage.

Daniel is an extraordinary plumber. He explained everything very clearly for someone who knows nothing about plumbing. He was kind and patient. He diagnosed a problem in 5 minutes that 4 previous plumbers could not. Very smart and very nice. I hope to have him back

Shawn came by for an AC issue the day after I called and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the problems with detail and walked us though possible solutions. We eventually had a heat pump installed by Heritage, and it was done very efficiently. The workers were all very friendly and communicative. A year later, part a duct was detached but Heritage fixed it right away with no cost. All of our experiences with this company have been great. Highly recommend!

I wanna thank heritage for coming out to our house. Ken Thomas and Trevor are awesome and I would recommend them anytime. Kyle was great explaining things to my 80-year-old mother and I give them five stars.

William was great and handled my issue quick, and didn’t charge me extra for a gasket and replacing a valve.

My A/C was not working when I woke up. I called Heritage and they sent someone out the same day. Jonathan did a great job getting me up and running and answered all my questions. He was great.
