I would absolutely recommend this class to everyone and anyone I had an amazing trainer named Erin S help guide me through the process and some highlights were right off the bat she established a judgement free zone which made talking about sensitive topic easier, in addition having an empathic and optimistic trainer helped me and made me grow as a person while making learning fun really made this class worthwhile; truly an amazing teacher, trainer, mother, and person.
Lanna has been an absolute godsend! I did my Peer & Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS)certification, Trauma Informed Care (TIC) certification, Motivational Interviewing (MI) certification and Solution Focused Brief Intervention (SFBI) certification with her and I never would’ve gotten through it without her patience, knowledge, and empathy. It’s very evident that she has a passion for helping people accomplish goals while navigating through life. I felt very comfortable talking to her about everything and all the while she was very supportive and encouraging. At my age and after all the damage that I’ve done to my mind and body throughout addiction learning new things doesn’t come as easy, but Lanna had a way about her that was extremely helpful.
