Many texts were sent to JTS about the needs for an older condo I live in. The main issue was there is an old see-through vinyl that allows rain to enter the porch because of some rips and tears. After the company came out, I was told my screens needed to be replaced, so I agreed. The screenwork was completed. The vinyl was to be ordered and the repair was to be made. This initiated in October. After several texts, I have not had a reply. In one of the texts, because the door was "an old-style door", it was texted that it could be painted and rescreened to make it look new. I cannot say anything negative about the screening job. I can say the main reason I needed repairs was not completed (vinyl) and the door was not painted or rescreened. I am in my 70s and am not satisfied with the job being incomplete. I feel I have given ample time for this to be completed. This is no way to treat your older generation.

This is an unfair review. We do not do that type of vinyl and I did mention we could try to search around and see if we could. In the interim we Rescreened your Patio and fixed your door and you paid for those alone.. and at no point did you pay for the vinyl or leave us a deposit for the vinyl as I mentioned it’s a product we don’t offer and I said I would try to order it and if we were successful, we could go from there… I’m just confused as you only paid for the work that was done and you said the work was done very well also.
It was many reviews like this one that decided my decision to go with JTS. Having strangers take your deposit and show up to do work can always be unsettling but….worry no more. Adam (owner) and his staff were professional and friendly in all ways. They performed flawlessly replacing my patio roof and screen.

My 30+ yr old covered screened patio was a complete demo & rebuild that Adam expected to take 3 days. At the end of 3 days, I had a beautiful new space that I couldn’t be happier with. He & his team met all expectations communicated to me, including ensuring that the huge amount of demo debris was removed from my property at the end of day 1, as well as at the end of each day thereafter. He communicated with me regularly while waiting on the materials to begin the project & sent a text each evening to let me know when they would arrive the next day. Excellent work, love the new screens! Adam promptly and thoroughly communicated all the options. I had a ton of questions. It turned out exactly as envisioned. Pricing was competitive, split into deposit and job completion payments for a 14’ x 8’ space. Fantastic warranty too! Go with Adam and his guys, you won’t be disappointed.

One of the most important aspects of my experience with Jupiter Tequesta Screens is the communication between the contractor and myself… the thing I appreciated most is that I was made aware daily of the plan for the day, who would be arriving, what the work plan was do the the day etc,,,
