Had a lot of old cabinetry, construction material, granite countertops and appliances and they took all of it! Really nice owner and fit us right into his schedule within days. Even came back after I realized I had some extra pieces of granite countertops I'd forgotten about. Really appreciate the work they did.

Customer service - 5/5 Clean-up Quality - 5/5 Communication - 5/5 Timeliness - Exceptional We got not so great news about my husband's illness on the Friday, I went into garbage clean up mode on the Sunday because I knew my husband wouldn't be able to do garbage anymore. Our backyard had months of garbage, recycling, and paper build up. Mike responded to my evening text and had the job done by 12:30pm on Monday - in the WINTER! Mike also explained where and how to get rid of other things that are out of his scope i.e., tires/hazardous waste, explained how he measures volume, and showed us the truck before and after the clean-up. I'm big on patience and Mike showed his patience by explaining stuff to me when I went out, and then explaining stuff again to my husband with he was able to go out.
