This company exceeded all my expectations! They made the process so easy and kept in touch throughout the process. They listened to what I wanted and delivered in spades! When it came time for me to travel the My Trip app had everything I needed to navigate each day of the trip. My hotels and tours were all terrific and centrally located. 2 days into the trip my trip consultant contacted me to make sure all was well. As a solo traveler that meant the world to me! I needed to contact them during my trip and their response was compassionate and immediate. When I returned home I received a" welcome home" email asking about my trip. This is a company that truly cares about its clients and their follow through is truly exceptional. I didn't feel like just a client, I felt like family. P.S. This is a photo of the young man who retrieved my hiking pole that fell 4 stories into a field while I was in Switzerland. Truly an angel! This was just 1 of the many special memories on this trip. Paragliding was at the top of the list too

My wife and I used them to plan our honeymoon to Italy. And I must say it was perfect. The lady that worked with me on the trip was absolutely amazing. Her name is Audrey and I would recommend asking for her if you’re planning a trip. She always stayed in touch before during and even after our trip. I will definitely use them for any trip I plan to take in the further. 100% satisfied customer. And the price was also cheaper than other tours I talked to and they just make it so easy.

Taryn Harrison of Juniper tours put together a 21 day itinerary of Norther Scotland and Northern Ireland in March of 2026. Every accommodation and tour exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic visit and all arrangements were available as expected. Our visit was a self driving tour with autos, tours, and accommodations arranged by Taryn.

My partner and I needed help planning a trip to Switzerland. We were interested in booking group activities and a group meal during a portion of the trip that included our whole family, and travel arrangements, hotels, and excursions for a few days of travel by ourselves. Upon initial inquiry, we received enthusiastic and immediate response from the company. We had a helpful conversation with Selina, and thought that we would hear back about her ideas for our trip after we confirmed our interest in moving forward. Unfortunately, we never heard back. I sent two emails trying to acknowledge our interest in working with Selina and Juniper, but were clearly ghosted. It was disappointing, especially since we knew someone who had recommended them.

I had a great experience working with Taryn at Juniper. Originally I had one idea for a trip to Portugal that ended up not working out but she was super flexible to rearrange dates and locations for me to ensure I had a great trip that met my needs. I wasn't sure what to expect with a travel agency, I consider myself pretty well traveled and versed in how to book trips but their local knowledge really added to the experience and everything from travel to hotel to excursions went seamlessly.

Working with Juniper was a breeze for our trip to Greece. They were particularly helpful when our original trip had to be reschedule due to an unexpected injury (buy your travelers insurance early!). Juniper Tours were extremely helpful with our trip to Dublin for the Steelers / Vikings game. Taryn specifically made sure any issues that came up were resolved and she kept us informed. They partnered with On Location which gave us access to many exclusive events. The hotels they had access to were very nice and in a great location. I’d highly recommend using them and will do so again when we return to Ireland. Thanks Taryn!

We just got back from a tour in Ireland and Scotland put together by Taryn Harrison. From the moment we landed at Dublin to the time we left, we experienced a truly memorable vacation. She scheduled unbelievable accommodations, side tours, free time for exploration and amazing food experiences.
