Wir waren 5 Tage lang dort und es war super. Die Villa hatte genug Platz für 20 Personen und bot alles was man brauchte. Badetücher, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und 4 Badezimmer. Die Villa ist wunderschön und beim eintreffen sehr sauber. Juan war der beste Host, den man sich vorstellen kann. Er hat sich regelmäßig gemeldet, hat uns mit Drinks willkommen geheißen und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, es lohnt sich.

Beautiful villa and a very nice host. He let us in early and gave a very thorough talk about Valencia with lots of tips. I loved the 24/7 availability of the pool (although I wouldn't recommend going into the pool during the night, you will be cold) and everything is provided for a group to spend their time here.

The villa was great! The connections to the city and beach was really good. Everything you need (supermarket, metro station,...) was in walking distance. I liked the free bus that drives to the beach and back. The house itself had a few quirks, but nothing serious. The shower and sink SOMETIMES had red for cold and blue for hot, which was a bit confusing at first, but you'll get used to it quickly. There weren't enough forks for our group of 20 people, but that wasn't very tragic. And a few of the pods somehow didn't work on the induction hob? We also didn't know that there was a fee (about 30€ more per person per night, had to be paid in cash after we arrived) for groups of over 16 people, since we were only informed of it a few days before our stay, after we had long booked and payed, but it could be that it stood somewhere and we just oversaw it.

¡Fue increíble! La casa era muy bonita y mejor que en las fotos. La piscina era fantástica y pasamos mucho tiempo allí. Todo estaba muy limpio y la casa tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos sentimos como en un hotel de lujo. ¡Recomendamos esta casa al 100 % ! 🌟🏡☀️🏊‍♂️
