From an intial email in April until installation in December, Jacek has held our hand throughout the whole process and guided us with such helpful insight and ideas. Despite a challenging space, wonky walls, my dodgy measurements and delays from the house renovation, the team have been amazing throughout, the installation team were so thorough and tidy too. My experience with JS DECO was exceptionally smooth, and the result is absolutely stunning. My main project was a rectangular kitchen of less than 10 square meters in southwest London. Jacek managed to design it beautifully, fitting in all the appliances and providing more than enough storage space.
He also did an excellent job of incorporating my personal aesthetic and the architectural character of the building into the design. Everything from the placement of the sink to the style of the handles was exactly how I envisioned it. All the materials used for the kitchen are of top quality.
Since I couldn't find any reliable installers locally, I went with the ones Jacek had previously worked with. They were very professional, completed the job to perfection, charged very reasonably, and even helped with some extra plumbing work in the bathroom.
I also ordered a custom bathroom vanity from JS DECO, which was equally well-designed and high in quality.
The production and installation times were faster than those offered by other plywood kitchen companies, especially those based in or around London. In terms of pricing, it came to about two-thirds to three-quarters of what London-based companies charge, possibly even with better quality overall.

Fabulous quality and service. We had fitted wardrobes designed and fitted by JS Deco a few years ago and it was a no-brainer to return to them for our kitchen.
I'd had designs and quotes from all the usual outfits (Wren, Howdens, Magnet) but none could offer what I was after in terms of making best use of space because they all simple offered fixed sizes and designs - no one could offer cupboards that went to the ceiling (why do British kitchen designs seem to insist you need space above to collect grease and dust?!) or bespoke sizes to fit cupboard space around the fridge. I also didn't like that they all suggested getting the kitchen fitted independently - I wanted someone who cared enough about what they were selling to see it through to the end.
We met with Jacek, talked through our ideas and - crucially - our budget and he put together ideas, showing us the materials, working with us to find a design that fitted both our speceficiation and our budget. It's also great to be able to see the workshop where it all comes together. He set out clear payment options and timelines. We needed to wait for a few months before committing and the communication was fantastic throughout.
The kitchen was fitted over seven consecutive days by Jack who was brilliant - considerate, checking with us on particular details, extremely diligent. The final result is perfection. I love cooking and the kitchen has been transformed from a frustrating space to my favourite place in the house. The quality is second to none, it functions brilliantly and it's just a joy to cook in.
