I recently hired this team to remove a large, mature water oak tree from my backyard, and I could not be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, they proved to be hardworking and incredibly professional people.
The owner, Mr. Reynaldo, went above and beyond. He came to my property more than once before the job started just to answer my questions and clear up any doubts I had.
Their rates are not cheapest but reasonable and transparent.
The entire crew is exceptionally skilled. They managed to safely cut down and completely remove a massive tree in just over 3 hours.
To my pleasant surprise, every single team member was smiling, positive, and working hard the entire time. Their great energy made a stressful project a breeze. I will absolutely use them again in the future! Thank your JRP team for great work!
They came on time when they said they would arrive to provide an estimate, and they arrived on time the day they were coming to do service. Very turnkey. Appreciate the text/email quote with service well detailed. And also invoice came through text/email and easy to pay. Very convenient. Reliable company. There is a tree in between two houses and pretty high up. They were able to trim the branches from our roofs to protect them from high winds during hurricane season. Need to do it every two years and struggled to find a reliable company that has the "tech" on the estimate and payment side of things. (Never felt good about paying cash or check to other tree trimming companies). Plenty of crew arrived and got the job done within 2 hours. (Trimmed the big tree between the houses, pruned our large front yard tree, trimmed a few smaller trees near the house and along the fence line). Good job and will call them again.
I had a scheduled appointment on April 17, with an arrival between 8:30 AM and 9 AM. Not only did the crew not arrive during that time, but I called at 9:15 to get an ETA the Representative, a young woman, Informed me the crew was running behind and she would send message for them to come after 10:30 AM. 10:30 AM came and went, and I called back at 10:44 AM to ask about an ETA. I was then informed that the crew would not arrive until between 1 PM and 2 PM… Which was not my scheduled appointment, and I was unavailable during that time. I told the representative that either I receive a discount or I would have to go with another company. The representative said “I think it’s best that you go with another company because we already gave you a discount”. Not only was this unprofessional, but to inconvenience me, a paying customer, due to their lack of time management and communication is extremely unprofessional. I informed the representative that I would like to speak with the manager regarding this issue and I still have not received a returned phone call. I did reschedule with another company, Garcia professional tree service, and they did an amazing job.

We have used JRP Tree Services twice now and have had good experiences overall. This last service was not as good as the first one, mainly because more of the tree was cut than we had asked/anticipated. However, everything else went well and I would still highly recommend using them and will use them again in the future.
