My experience with this practice has been disappointing. While seeking support following an ADHD diagnosis, I found communication slow and unclear, even when asking time-sensitive questions about treatment and appointments.
As a neurodivergent patient, I did not feel the process was particularly neurodiversity-friendly or trauma-informed. The lack of clear communication added significant stress during an already challenging time.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients.
