We are very pleased with the service we received from Frank and JPM Construction. They were responsive, able to schedule our bathroom renovation sooner than originally expected. They provided recommendations since this was new territory for us. I write this review a couple months after the work to make sure everything was done properly, and I can confirm we have received quality work from the team. Most importantly, they finished the work within the agreed upon time at the agreed upon price. We highly recommend, and look forward to working with JPM for future projects!

I know there are many scammers who let in relevant reviews to discredit businesses. We received one from 1800 Ghost and reached out to Google, but they don’t care.

I have used JPM for a number of services. They have power washed my house, put my kitchen and basement back together after burst pipes, more recently remodeled a bathroom and replaced chandeliers and hung mirrors. They are clean, fast, timely, and very professional. Most importantly very responsive. My bathroom was completely done in less than a week.

We recently had an attic ladder installed so we could make more practical use of our attic space for storage. The quote from the company we used for that job was really high, so we got a quote from JPM. Their price was reasonable and we decided to proceed. They were here yesterday and did great work! They showed up on time and worked hard all day to deliver beyond our expectations for the attic storage space. Each of the workers were kind and respectful and they left our home clean as well. Hope to work with JPM on other projects in the future!

Frank and his team were fantastic. We converted a loft into a bedroom, redid a powder room, and made a new room in the basement for a gym. Frank’s team arrived the same time every day, worked hard throughout the day, and delivered quality work. Everyone was easy to communicate with and quickly understood our plans and requests. He absolutely delivered on time and with a great attention to detail. Also, the team did a great job with painting and did it the right way.

I can't recommend JPM enough. They are a one-stop shop for anything you need. They painted my entire home and were finished in two days, it looks wonderful. They installed fans and new plumbing fixtures while they were at it. The team is communicative and timely. A detailed (and reasonable) quote was provided and they really went above and beyond, were careful with my belongings. 10/10, I'll never go anywhere else.

Updated with side by side before and after photos. We finally found our permanent contractor for all of our service needs. I cannot rave enough about how great this Company is. Frank and his team were hired for a ground up Master Bathroom remodel. Frank had the best communication of any company I've dealt with in 10 years in the area. Frank and his team arrived on time every day. They were professional and the work is incredible. They finished a week faster than any other Company estimated. This was primarily due to their absolute dedication to their work. They stayed late when needed, to finish important steps. They worked weekends based on our schedule. You can tell that Frank cares about the quality of his work. We've already booked Frank to finish our basement and have several more projects that we will use his Company for. If you have had previous bad experiences with Contractors in the area...I encourage you to give JPM a call. You will not be disappointed.

All the work JPM has done for us has been amazing. So far, they poured a new concrete slab to be the foundation of our home gym, assembled a 10x14 shed that came with very vague instructions, built a raised garden bed, and repaired water damage above our fireplace. Frank is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly! The team was always on time and worked so hard. He was also extremely patient with the re-scheduling we had to do with such a rainy spring and outdoor projects. We will absolutely use JPM again, and already have another project planned.
